POPSSlideshow: Chocolates in Tuscany Tessiera Cafe in Lucca (Tuscany), the best and I mean best, hot chocolate ever: thick, velvety, luscious. It was like a meal. As I sipped that perfectly sweet concoction, I thought of Maizena, a corn starch based drink from Mexico that comes in different flavors, including chocolate. Corn starch or arrow root is one of the ingredients in authentic Italian hot chocolate. Lucky for me, Segafredo's, an Italian coffee shop here in Cairo. serves the authentic stuff. Although not as good as Tessiera, each sip transports me back to the walled city of Lucca: lazy days, shimmering chestnut trees, sweet breezes and happy hour with 3 euro glasses of wine and all-you-can-eat antipasto for free.

POPSCGM corn gluten meal Have read a lot about CGM, corn gluten meal as a natural weed killer. well it might kill weeds but it also kills everything else. check out the mortaility rates, 50% or there abouts. not sure if this stuff is the answer and at 1tonn per ha that is putting in on reasonably thick more like a mulch. I think if your considering this stuff treat it like a nuke. put it on expecting it to take out everything that is not established.
