POPS"Cheesy" Potato Casserole Melty Cheese Ingredients (use vegan versions): 2 cup soy milk 4 oz. pimento 1 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 3-4 tablespoon yeast flakes 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 2 tablespoon cornstarch 1/4 cup raw cashews 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Directions: Blend cashews and pimentos in small amount of soymilk until smooth, add remaining ingredients, blend to mix. Cook in heavy sauce pan until thick stirring constantly. Makes good macaroni and cheese or nachos Can add Rotel tomatoes but drain juice for nachos. This recipe is used for the Cheesy potatoes casserole. Sorry, use above directions for cooking. Serves: 8

POPSVegan Dry Uncheese Mix Comments: Wow is all I can say. This stuff rocks. Seasoning salt is just a mixture of salt and various spices. If you look in the spice section at the grocery store, you should have no problem finding one. I use Vege-Sal, which is more of a health store version of seasoning salt. The nutritional yeast gives it a cheesy flavor. on pasta so it was like alfredo sauce. I'm gonna try it on veggies-steamed broccoli. I highly recommend this stuff; it was fast, easy and tasty! make sure you use a whisk when heating the mix up on the stove to get the clumps out. It thickens pretty fast so watch it carefully. just like that nacho cheese sauce from the conveneince store but so much better This is so good! Just to make as much as you need! Very easy to take with you aswell, just add some water and pasta = the best mac&cheese I have ever had since becoming vegan. I've tried quite a few recipes and none have gotten the consistency right like this one

POPSSugar-And-Spice Nuts Reviews: These are terrific! Just perfect for the holidays. I followed the recipe to the t. It is a great balance of spice and sweet This made a great addition to the Christmas cookie trays this year. It was sooo easy and quick to make. I used all pecans. The nuts were so flavorful. No one noticed the "kick" to the nuts until they were on the next mouthful. Everyone loved them! For the people that don't like spicy or hot foods I omitted the cayenne and the results were just as good. I ended up making 4 batches. Word of warning... I forgot to butter the pan once and had a heck of a time trying to get the nuts off of the aluminum foil These nuts are really special! They were so easy to make, but the kick from the cayenne was on the cutting edge. It is a surprise to be eating about 3 nuts and then the cayenne kicks in. Truly a wonderful treat Made these last night for Christmas gifts and they are totally awesome

POPSQuick Veggie Soup Taste and see if it needs any seasoning adjustments. This is a soup that can be eaten hot or cold. I sometimes top it with a sprinkling of toasted nuts (cashews are my favorite) or a spoonful of plain yogurt.
