POPSNew YouTube Video Details The Issues In Berg v Obama Court Filing While legal, Berg stated he is “outraged as this is another attempt to hide the truth from the public; it is obvious that documents do not exist to prove that Obama is qualified to be President.” The case is Berg v. Obama, No. 08-cv-04083. Their joint motion indicates a concerted effort to avoid the truth by attempting to delay the judicial process, although legal, by not resolving the issue presented: that is, whether Barack Obama meets the qualifications to be President. Obama cannot produce a certified copy of his “Vault” Birth Certificate from Hawaii because it does not exist.

POPSWhy Republican heavies hate ACORN ACORN conducts voter registration drives among poor and minority voters, who are under-represented in the US electorate, and lean Democratis. Suit after suit has been filed against them; ACORN has been exonerated again and again. Eventually, the heat travels to Karl Rove, and leads to the US Attorneys firing scandal (when US Attorney David Iglesias refuses to prosecute on insufficient evidence, he is fired). Simple answer: Republican bigwigs are struggling to keep the voters that ACORN registers out of the voting booth. Numbers of mis-registered voters are miniscule.

POPSWhales in Court "The Navy set out last year to conduct training exercises off the Southern California coast using mid-frequency sonar, a powerful tool for hunting submarines. Unfortunately, it's also a powerful tool for scrambling the brains of whales and other marine mammals, which can be deafened and even killed by such sonar. Though federal law requires the Navy to perform studies of the environmental impact of its exercises, it refused to do so -- and also refused to take common-sense precautions to protect marine life, as it had been doing in other waters."

Michelle was reported to be taking classes online and had transferred to a college in Louisiana to complete her on campus studies. Apparently she decided to bring her son back to Harrisburg, PA to stay with her parents while she finished her schooling. On the night of September 28, it is reported that Michelle dropped Jayden off at a friend's home in Harrisburg, who, by the way, was not expecting her nor had made prior arrangements to keep Jayden, turned around and headed back to Louisiana, a 17 hour drive.

POPSRoyal Dutch Shell to go to Trail for Complicity in Torture and Murder of Nigerian Protesters Nigeria has been chief among Shell’s assets for many years. Critics charge that with the aim of production at any cost, regardless of the damage to the surrounding people and land, Shell disrupted thousands of lives and wreaked havoc on the environment. In the early 1990’s, the people of Nigeria began to protest. Shell made payments and provided arms to security forces that they knew to be abusive to local communities. The military government violently repressed the demonstrations and arrested and bribed witnesses. Nine leaders of the demonstrations were murdered, including the aforementioned well-known activist and writer, Ken Saro-Wiwa.

POPSIndicting the hacker who broke into Sarah Palin's private email - Harpers.org The DOJ has mounted an extraordinary case against the hacker who revealed Sarah Palin's apparent systematic violation of the Open Records Act (by using a private email address to conduct government business). Given that the DOJ normally doesn't care much about cyber-crime, one has to wonder how the decision to allocate those resources was made.

POPSTenn lawmaker's son indicted in Palin e-mail hacking case The indictment against David Kernell alleged that on Sept. 16 he reset the password to Palin's personal e-mail account to gain access to it. Authorities say Kernell then read the contents of the account and made screenshots of the e-mail directory, e-mail content and other personal information, later posting some of the information to a public Web site. The Justice Department said the case was being prosecuted by section chief Michael DuBose and trial attorney Mark Krotoski of the criminal division's computer crime and intellectual property section and Assistant U.S. Attorney Greg Weddle of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Tennessee. The FBI's Anchorage and Knoxville field offices investigated the case.

POPSKenya deports US author of anti-Obama book An invitation to the book launch said the event would expose Obama's "deep secret ties" to mafia-like groups in Kenya. "During his stay, Corsi also plans to meet Sen. Obama's brother, George Hussein Onyango Obama, who lives on $12 a year in the sprawling Huruma slums and hand him a $1,000 cheque," said the invitation, published in local papers. Some right-wing U.S. commentators have said the case of George Obama, who is a half-brother, shows Barack Obama's double standards. But George Obama has told media he is happy with his life and that his case has been exaggerated for political ends. One Obama fan in Nairobi, Jack Okinyi, applauded Corsi's expulsion. "His actions were highly provocative, that he dared bring such a book here. He was lucky that the authorities got him before Kenyans got their hands on him," he said.

POPSParents charged in death of 16 yr old Their case has focused attention on some laws that let parents rely on prayer to heal their children. Marci Hamilton, a professor at Cardozo Law School, who writes about religious issues, said the case may test Oregon's religious freedom laws and may prompt other states to re-examine their spiritual healing laws. "There was a time when we were willing to permit these children to be lost, but there are increasingly more prosecutions and lawsuits," she said. "Children should not be permitted to be the testing ground for their parents' faith or secular views if it's going to result in their death."

POPSSC shuns appeal by ex-professor in terror case I remember this! O'Reilly never let up on bringing national attention to this 'professor'. Why would he not want to testify...if there is nothing to hide? Why would he "argue that the terms of his pleas bargain barred the government from demanding his testimony in other terror cases"? Is he involved or associated with other terrorists and their activity? (wolves within our midst)
