And what a shame for Torontonians and their relatives all around the world - this is the most multinational metropolis in the world, so not only should easily come 5milion potential votes from dwellers, but also many more from families in far away countries.

POPS Canadian Guns-For-Hire After the Iraqi government announced its decision to ban Blackwater contractors from Iraq , P.W. POPS The Nose 'Knows' and More Memory Exercises Have a boss who likes to give pop quizzes after he talks for two hours? Keep your mind focused during meetings by meditating beforehand. Studies show it's a great way to boost your attention span -- and "attention is the main door to memory," says Sonia Lupien, Ph.D., director of the Center for Studies on Human Stress at the Douglas Institute in Montreal, Canada. Never meditated before? Sit or lie on the floor in a quiet room in a comfortable position, rest both hands on your stomach, and breathe deeply, focusing on the silence. Try to meditate for at least 10 minutes daily.

POPSI'm Dreaming of a White Memorial Day....... I'm amused by this story, because two weeks ago it snowed here in Montreal. Today we are experiencing temps of 85-90 F. Meanwhile. Calgary, in the Western [part of the country, where it was very hot two weeks ago, is now dealing with streets full of snow. Climate change? Nah! That's just Al Gore's Socialist plot.
