POPSTap O' The Evenin' with Brad Yates-EFT Brad Yates has 4, (EFT) "Emotional Freedom Techniques" found on u-tube, that are great for relaxation, starting your day off on the right foot, or just just opening-up the chakras, in order for your body to fully integrate, mind, body, and spirit. These techniques (tapping) upon your chakras, are a substitute for acupuncture, or acupreasure, I have been practicing them for quite some time now, with great success. I highly recommend these to anyone who is interested in higher self-awareness.

POPSReal facts of health and fitness "Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Chardonnay in one hand - strawberries in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming “ WOO HOO! What a Ride!"

POPSWomen as Appliances Should women be regarded as incubators by the state? Can the idea of "souls" be used in a legal venue to justify such treatment?

POPSThe Gold of Varna Prehistoric Necropolis "There are crouched and extended inhumations. Some graves do not contain a skeleton, but grave gifts (cenotaphs). Interestingly, the symbolic (empty) graves are the richest in gold artifacts. 3000 gold artifacts were found, with a weight of approximately 6 kilograms. Grave 43 (photo) contained more gold than has been found in the entire rest of the world for that epoch. Three symbolic graves contained masks of unburnt clay. The findings showed that the Varna culture had trade relations with distant lands (possibly including the lower Volga and the Cyclades), perhaps exporting metal goods and salt from the Provadiya rock salt mine. The copper ore used in the artifacts originated from a Sredna Gora mine near Stara Zagora, and Mediterranean Spondylus shells found in the graves may have served as primitive currency."
