Infectious disease specialists in Boston and elsewhere predicted that the registry approach could prove even more useful if something more sinister strikes: a bioterrorism attack or the long-feared arrival of a global flu epidemic. In such crises, the registry could be used to track who received a special vaccine or antidote to a deadly germ. "Anything you can do to better pinpoint who's vaccinated and who's not, that's absolutely vital," said Michael Osterholm, director of the Center for Infectious Disease Research & Policy at the University of Minnesota. "I wish more cities were doing this kind of thing." Boston is believed to be the first city to embrace this particular approach to tracking vaccinations against the seasonal flu, estimated to kill 36,000 people each year in the United States, principally the elderly. I'm just 30 years old, but I have never seen so much propaganda and social engineering regarding all of this in my short life. What has changed? Climate? Terror? Technology? There must be some ulterior motive or agenda being spear-headed here. It could simply be that this is the only industry left in America. Pitching fear and a remedy. The bigger the fear, the more costly the remedy.

The Journal of the Royal Society of Medicine was so-alarmed by the prospect that in 2003 they commented, "the possibility for genetic engineering and aerosol transmission suggests an enormous potential for bioterrorism." Unsaid, of course, was the gravest threat posed by such dark research may be state terrorism. Any one of these pathogens should they escape or made to "disappear," could be transformed into a doomsday weapon.

While dated 2002, it may have well been written yesterday, substituting the "suicided" suspect for what back then was Hatfill. The facts are relevant and suggestive. Dr. Zack seems to fit the profile of motive, means, and opportunity (access) , upon reading, then the now deceased. He is also a dual Israeli citizen with an obvious prejudice and gripe against Arabs, even if American citizens with whom he worked. Unless they look at what overuse of antibiotics, and lack of things like clean water and sewerage has done to both the strength of viruses, and the resistance of the people that encounter them.. As far as I can see they're quite happy to see an epidemic hit Africa, or the Subcontinent-there might even be fewer poor. But don't let anything like that come to the west.
