Jon Stewart Rips KSM Trial Criticism & Fear-Mongering

propaganda exposed, see video at source beginning at 3:30 mark The truth is that KSM is being tried as a patsy to bring "closure" to the official 9/11 (lie) story , since Bin Laden will never be found "dead or alive". KSM does not have the credibility or mental competence to be "mastermind" of anything. Finally, the "confession" of KSM is "fantasy" gained by torture: See former CIA agent Bob Baer on KSM and torture (video).

Osama bin Laden Message Surfaces in Wake of 9/11 Anniversary

Bin Laden also links President Obama to the Bush Administration, saying "the sour reality is that the new administration is still covering you in the shroud of darkness. So how's that "appeasement" working out for you Dems? The 11 minute audio message was released in a video from al Qaeda's as-Sahab's propraganda arm. The title, "Message to the American People" is superimposed over an artist's rendition of the New York City skyline with the World Trade Center towers still standing. Oh yeah, but Bin Laden is dead, right?

What party really has our best interest in mind when it comes to keeping the citizens of this country safe?

8 Years Later--Osama bin Laden, Dead or Alive?
blueridge

This book challenges the entire foundation of the Afghanistan war as a "war on terrorism". Can they really "not find" him? Or perhaps the real reason is here. Even FOX News reported in December 2001, Bin Laden Already Dead Only propaganda and alleged tapes have kept him "alive", but unfound, the perfect phantom enemy for perpetual war.

Cheney and U.S. Ops Behind Bhutto Assassination?
blueridge
by blueridge  5-19-2009    3
This hot article refers to Seymour Hersh of NY Times who has documented Cheney's JSOC operation (previously clipmarked here ). Of course her assassination the CIA blamed on Al Qaeda and Taliban . This could also show the CIA then lied and in fact that it was a False Flag operation, to blame "terrorists". (What's new?) The motive had been proposed by many at the time of Bhutto's assassination. Bin Laden is dead, and the government has been lying about it. (Think of the fake "bin Laden" videos released since, too). This would be absolute proof that the government is deliberate lying to the American people about Bin Laden and the purpose in the continued Af-Pak wars. Let's see if Hersh verifies this report which it attributes to him. This is bigger than torture. Will the MSM cover it?

Pakistan Says 700 Taliban Dead in Swat
merrie
by merrie  5-11-2009
"The operation will continue until the last Talib," Mr. Malik said in the capital, Islamabad. "We haven't given them a chance. They are on the run. They were not expecting such an offensive." Mr. Malik's casualty number -- which exceeds that given by the military on Sunday by at least 200 -- and his claims of success could not be independently verified. The military is restricting access to the battlefields and many local journalists have also left. The government has not given figures for civilian casualties, but accounts from refugees suggest they are significant. Swat lies near the Afghan border as well as the wild Pakistani tribal areas, where al Qaeda and the Taliban have strongholds and where U.S. officials believe al Qaeda chief Osama bin Laden may be hiding. The army says 12,000 to 15,000 troops in Swat face 4,000 to 5,000 militants, including small numbers of foreigners and hardened fighters from the South Waziristan tribal region.

The Return of the Golden Rule
disenchantedcitizen
by disenchantedcitizen  5-10-2009
Sports commentator Jimmy "The Greek" Snyder was fired decades ago for some stupid comments about race. There is no outcry for a public apology from Ms. Duke. I personally don’t care for Joan Rivers, Nancy Pelosi, or Harry Reid but if you are going to be in the public eye as both David Feherty and Annie Duke are don’t wish someone dead. Especially when that wish is going to find its way into the public conscious via some reporter looking for something to write. The apparent lack of public outcry against these wishes for the deaths of these people, indicates that the general public either agrees with them or has become desensitized to wishing death on celebrities and politicians. Everyone has the right to their opinion, but when a representative of a news organization, Feherty works for CBS, is allowed to vocalize his death fantasy, even as a joke, they are promoting a double standard. School children have been chastised for doing the same thing.

Taleban to Attack America, Propaganda for "April Fools"
blueridge
by blueridge  3-31-2009    5
The major problem is the Taleban leader here is dead! This is really over-the-top, amazing that a "remote phone call" could be considered a credible source of news and published as such. The 35-year-old leader of Tehrik-e-Taleban Pakistan (Movement of Taleban Pakistan), made the claims after taking the highly unusual step of telephoning Western news organisations from an undisclosed location. It was him, really....back from the dead. Right! Just like the conjured up "bin Laden" tapes, the cabal of Anglo-American propagandists is trying to pull a fast one to legitimize the Bush-Obama and Britain's "war on terrorism" into Pakistan . Visit the Legitgov.org link to see the articles and case made that this is disinformation for public consumption to justify war expansion, and to re-blame Taleban for 9/11 and India attacks, while there is no hard evidence (except this phony "take responsibility" news) connecting them with any of the attacks.

Cheney Says Torture was 'Essential'
Wisco
by Wisco  3-15-2009    1
"President Obama campaigned against it all across the country, and now he is making some choices that, in my mind, will, in fact, raise the risk to the American people of another attack," Cheney said. Here's a wild idea -- and I'm just spitballing here -- but how about people involved in the greatest counter-terrorism failure in history shut the hell up about how to fight terrorism? Seems to me that we have plenty of evidence that they really sucked at it. 3,000 people are dead because the Bush admin. couldn't be bothered to worry about Bin Laden -- they had online porn to fight. This is like having Micheal " Brownie " Brown lecturing you on how to respond to a hurricane. Just shut up, Dick.

Obama Like Bush, Osama bin Laden Doesn't Matter
blueridge
by blueridge  1-15-2009    1
Perfect timing--poof!--bin Laden suddenly appears, this time on "audio tape". But Obama says he is not the focus, just like George W. Bush who wanted him "dead or alive". Sound familiar? The real reason is because there is no evidence bin Laden is alive, but much evidence that he has been dead since his reported funeral in December 2001 in Egyptian newspapers. FOX reported it too, so you decide. So did CNN. (see link) And the CIA closed their bin Laden unit, July 4, 2006 (because their former asset is dead). Please do not comment saying the previous videos (that look nothing like him) and this new audio (all from non-governmental neocon "intelligence experts"--who could find you if you posted something, but never bin Laden) is proof he is alive. See what a smooth transition is going on here from Bush to Obama, even bin Laden helps.

Will Obama Give Up The Bin Laden Ghost Hunt?
merrie
by merrie  11-21-2008    3
. . . . has ended up killing more Muslims than it has Islam's enemies. Al-Qaeda may be picking up adherents in North Africa and Yemen, preparing its return, but it certainly is no longer in a position to destabilize Saudi Arabia or any other Arab country. And, although Hayden didn't say it, there is no good evidence that bin Laden is capable of mounting a large-scale attack. He failed to pull off an October surprise, as many in the FBI and CIA feared he would. Despite all this, whether bin Laden is alive or dead is actually pretty irrelevant. President-elect Barack Obama has no real choice but to revitalize the search for him, if only for political considerations. If al-Qaeda were to attack in the U.S. in the first months of his term, Obama would end up explaining why he wasn't more vigilant for the rest of it.

The Last Days of McCain - He's Going Down

The excuses are already pouring out of the Republican Party as they now try to sound insightful, pointing out what caused them to lose the election. The shouldn't overlook several big facts: Most Yanks don't like the War in Iraq, most Yanks want to see bin Laden dead, most Yanks are horrified at their lost of savings and the Wall St. Bailout of banks and the majority of the people don't like John McCain. On the other side of the coin: Lots of folks - the majority -- like Obama a lot. All the pundits might find this surprising: people voted on the issues and the character of the man.

My Country, Tis Of Thee, Sweet Land Of Liberty

by merrie  7-31-2008    2
Long before the Hamdan trial, we already knew that we were offered bin Laden in transit from Sudan to Afghanistan. But we did not want him. Our lawyers had no battle, our leaders no mettle. Most of us, though not all, have learned nothing. After thousands smote and seven years of war, we are back to our superior ways, demanding Habeas Corpus and noting in the very first trial that bin Laden’s deputy was read no Miranda rights upon his capture - or was it arrest? They say history repeats itself. Never before has it applied so swiftly, within the same generation and within the same conflict. A selfish society incapable of sacrifice is equally incapable of self-defense. Our greatest concern is not the pursuit of madmen or the states which feed them. It is not even the cost of oil and its affect on our economy and future.

The US news media didn't think this post 9/11 "mercy" flight for Bush's personal friends was worth investigating. ============================== How deep the connection goes "September 13, 2001 - Thousands of Americans were dead. They have been killed in a terrorist operation largely run by Saudis. Nonetheless the two men (Bush and Prince Bandar Of Saudi Arabia) each lit up a Cohiba cigar (on the Truman balcony of the White House)... Few Americans realized that these two dynasties had a history dating back more than twenty years. Not just business partners and personal friends, the Bushes and the Saudis had pulled off elaborate covert operations and gone to war together... They had been involved in the Iran-contra scandal, in secret U.S. aid in the Afghanistan War that gave birth of Osama bin Laden." From: House of Bush, House of Saud: The secret relationship between the world's most powerful dynasties by Craig Unger. Page 15

Bush Wants Bin Laden "Dead or Alive"--Again!
blueridge
by blueridge  6-15-2008    1
Right! Too bad he already died in Dec. 2001, which is why Bush suddenly lost interest ("I'm really not that concerned about one man"), and the CIA closed down its Bin Laden unit. Scenario: use UK Special Ops and UAV drones and fire a missile at a "safe house" near the Paki border, then claim to have killed Bin Laden--great propaganda! Especially if done before Sept. 11, 2008. It's all a lie, and Bush knows it, which is why he has been caught contradicting himself many times. Or, just ask the neocon contractors like SITE, let them track the websites of the "bin Laden videos" that keeping popping up before elections! Surely they could find the source of those videos, if they wanted. The FBI does not list 9/11 on Bin Laden's wanted poster, and they say "there is no hard evidence connecting bin Laden to 9/11".

Someone, from thethinkingblue channel messaged that Osama has been dead since 2007: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iWcw2OEyhXI Youtube member message: "Osama Bin Laden was murdered in December/2007 by Omar Sheikh. and of course Bush should be elated about that but why should he care, his lies covered his ass..." I asked myself: What? Bin Laden Dead? This is news to me... The usual He's Dead, He's Alive, chatter is all over the Internet. There is even an account that he has been dead since 2001. http://www.whatreallyhappened.com/osama_dead.html But you hear not a peep on TV. I think if he were truly pushing up daisies or whatever dead people do in other countries; there would be more commotion about it, maybe NOT. The symbolic nature of his being alive would be of benefit for the so-called war-on-terror pundits and also for the Al Qaeda type terrorist groups... And they say you can't beat a dead horse! ... :-?

Civilization's First Attack Ads - The Attack Poem
BobbyRutan
by BobbyRutan  4-27-2008    3
Here's a poem he directed at a rival (all translations are from Brooks Haxton's book Dances for Flute and Thunder from Viking Press): Swept overboard, unconscious in the breakers, strangled with seaweed, may you wake up in a gelid surf, your teeth, already cracked into the shingle, now set rattling by the wind, while facedown, helpless as a poisoned cur, on all fours you puke brine reeking of dead fish. May those you meet, barbarians as ugly as their souls are hateful, treat you to the moldy wooden bread of slaves. And may you, with your split teeth sunk in that, smile, then, the way you did when speaking as my friend.
