Recent studies find that baby boomers over 55 who had earlier flus may/probably have some immunity to current H1N1. Smile - all they needed ot do was do a survey in the age group and ask who got the big Hong Kong or Asian flu in 1957-58, or 1967-68. Then ask those who said yes, how often they ever got the flu afterward. When you survive 3-6 weeks of fevers, dry heaves, etc, its seems you get a boat load of anitbodies and antibody memory. My bet is that those who survived the 1917-1918 flu had the same immunities. However... I still get the flu shots because when you get millions upon millions of ducks. geese, chickens and pigs together in live markets leading up to Lunar New Year (Jan/Feb) in China, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Korea - you have a live lab to create an entirely new version of flu. POPSPhone recommendation Just passing along a little feedback on this new release for those who aren't big on blackberry or iphone. I upgraded to this just released model about two weeks ago. It hadn't even hit the floor yet, but they let me have it because they were out of stock on the previous model. My wife and I both got one and we find them exceptional. For anyone who takes a lot of pictures with their phone, I don;t believe there is a better camera option out there (it will blow you away). I have mine fully loaded with gps, vcast, internet browsing etc and the ease of use and speed is really good. .....just a word on a new product for anyone interested.

It's beyond disgusting to think the greedy Health Ins. Ind. & Big Pharma (lobbies) will stab us in the back again by not allowing low income workers access to health ins.. I wonder how many families will suffer because of this stranglehold. Why aren’t there statistics out there? When these cruel SOB's can call the shots as to who will not suffer (those with high incomes) and who will agonize because they will be turned away from health providers simply because they lack the funds, is deplorable for a country like ours! I was going to keep pounding my keyboard, spreading the plight for single payer ins. around, signing as many petitions as I could find to get it back on the table.
