POPSLegal Drinking & Driving I just had a frustrating conversation with a Costa Mesa Police Officer who would NOT tell me it was illegal to drink and drive... because it is NOT! This was shocking information to me, mostly because I would love to be able to tell my 33 year old daughter that it is NOT legal for her to drink a beer and hop in the car with my grandson!
