POPSOmega 3 How much and where to get it. “Older people should absolutely be concerned about mercury in fish,” says Florida neurologist David Perlmutter, M.D., author of The Better Brain Book. “Mercury causes memory loss and other cognitive problems. And there are other ways to get omega-3s besides eating fish.” His recommendation: Take algae-based DHA supplements, available in any health food store. Harvard Medical School cardiologist Dariush Mozaffarian, M.D., who as the author of several major medical studies may be the nation’s most prolific researcher on the health impact of seafood. Mozaffarian says those older than 50 should be worried about mercury only if they’re eating five or more seafood servings a week. “Then, they should have a variety of fish—the majority have low mercury levels—and minimze consumption of high-mercury shark, swordfish, tilefish and King mackerel. Overall, a fish meal is very beneficial.”

POPSDownsizing Government to Death Keystone cops was modelled on groups like this. The govt denies the personel to carry out the checks properly. They can't even find what the problem is. They can't be expected to succeed without a huge amount of luck. Who will be poisoned next? Should be a Republican convention so they get to taste the results of spending all the money on invasions

POPSThe Big Question: Do electronic books threaten the future of traditional publishing? A tipping point for e-books could come when content starts to be made available on the next-generation of mobile phones. the author Toby Young says: "The great thing about electronic books is that in the long run they will benefit writers, creating an easier way to enable first-time authors to get their work in front of the public. That will be a revolutionary change." Is this the end of the book as we know it? Yes...

It is easy to be green and it does not have to be expensive. Coached group training in online groups provides a supportive atmosphere where you are able to join a group from the safety of your own business. Clients have talked to me about how they sometimes use a cordless phone for the teleconferences and enjoy being able to be in their workplace while they are on the weekly conference.

POPSGeologic Evidence of the Cause of Global Warming and Cooling The warming over the past 50 years is hardly even noticeable on the 15,000 year graph above. Compare the peaks about every 800-1000 years for the past 10,000 years (since the last full ice age), all are much warmer than what we're experiencing now. In fact the last 1,000 years has been unusually cool for this interglacial period, just looking at the graph it certainly looks like we've been over due for warming (or if our interglacial period is over another full ice age which would be much worse).

POPSIllegal's registered to vote? This qualifies as a DUH report. I mean did anyone actually believe that people who bust across our borders and sponge off our government social services would actually bother to follow the rules and register to vote? I wonder if Nancy Pelosi along with Obama's ACORN organization are signing these illegals up to vote for Obama? And we thought the Republicans where the only ones who stole elections! Do I hear a collective DUH? This surely explains how we ended up with a candidate like Obama for Pres.

POPSSex Is Good For You "When people feel deeply close while merely holding hands, they are having sex. When people display caring for each other through hugs, caresses, and kissing, they are also having sex. When connecting people in a crowded room wink at each other in their own secret way, they are communicating sex to each other; such non-contact sex can be excitedly arousing and emotionally fulfilling. And, of course, during sexual union when the sky seems to open so a lightning bolt can strike the couple--while fireworks ignite and the earth stops spinning-- this is sex, too." Emotional intimacy is so important and the first step is to allow yourself to be vulnerable with someone is taking the time to build that intimacy with others. One of the primary reasons I've always felt close to women is because of emotional intimacy. The whole package of love, companionship and sex can be so appealing, and I think that is one of the reasons men are attracted to women.

POPSTape Recording Reveals Vile Rants Of British Mullah Now Choudary —who once called for the Pope to be executed and described the September 11 hijackers as "magnificent martyrs" — could face arrest under anti-terror laws for his evil ranting on the tape, which was passed to the News of the World. Terrorism expert and author Neil Doyle said: "There is no doubt whatever this a rallying cry to would-be British terrorists. "And this is the evidence from his own mouth. There's no doubt that the message he's preaching will eventually convince some impressionable people they should start planning 7/7-type atrocities. "He's certainly becoming the most high-profile cheerleader for al-Qaeda in the UK." When we spoke to Choudary he refused to discuss our recording but admitted he WAS on a recruitment drive. He ranted: "I would like to recruit enough to turn the whole country into an Islamic state within a month...by tomorrow. "You can put that down. I'm trying to recruit 5,000 a week."
