POPSMurderous US drones condemned by UN. Americans who are confused by the grotesque transformation of the modest aim of capturing a few bad men into a conflagration that has destroyed the lives of millions echo the Guardian of the 1920s, which asked why the British government had to send "all this machinery, all these forces...if we were establishing a political system on the basis of popular consent?" Without distinguishing between drones that protect our troops and those that drop bombs and hover menacingly over an occupied people, The Economist taunts, "like them or not, drones are here to stay." Now, who are the terrorists here and which is the rogue state ?

POPSUS drones sting Bin Laden
more: America's Bee Heroes: Mission Timeline Wednesday 00:20: Special Bee Unit 2319 departs the Hidalgo Special Forces Apiary, and flies 13,000 km to the 51st AIG outside Kabul, Afghanistan. Drones are accompanied by two KC-45 tanker aircraft, filled with honey, for in-air refueling. 23:45: The bee unit touches down on the ultraviolet-coated runway of 51st AIG. Bees are escorted by armored personnel carrier to hive 51, classified operations area, for prep. Thursday 02:50: The drones are "unmanned" - military terminology for the surgical removal of their tiny bee gonads. The sex organs are replaced by sharp stingers, normally absent on male bees. The operation is carried out on by surgeons disguised as Osama Bin Laden. Bees are filled with frustration and anger at the loss of their male beehood, which will cause them to attack when they encounter the real Bin Laden. 03:55: Bees are removed from surgery and placed in small wax cells for recovery. 14:30: Drones are ta

POPSHow robot drones revolutionized the face of warfare All great until some kid hacks in and links it to his/her Wii or PS3. While these are interesting tech times, you have to wonder just how far off of T2 we are really molding into and how just when Optimus prime might unfold out of some of these.

POPSPredator-Hellfire Drone Effectiveness in Doubt This article tells more perhaps than the speaker wanted it too. If, as other experts claim, Predator drones are a nice, clean way to kill the enemy, how is it that he says bin Ladin's son was in the "wrong place at the wrong time." His supposed killing (85% sure?-what's that mean?) sounds like an accident. He just happened to be where the rockets hit? So could have a few dozen innocent citizens - right? If this was supposed to raise American support for rocket guided assassination - which is still a violation of Presidential Executive Orders that our President has not withdrawn or complied with - then it missed its mark with me.

POPSUS Air Force on Drones: Dumb and Dumber Outdone! I think they hope that bombing without a direct threat to Air Force Service members will be more acceptable. Surprise! People in US do not like killing innocent civilians, assassinating others in violation of US Presidential Executive Orders, or being dumb about creating even more terrorists who will strike at us and our friends. We'd rather people have to think, twice, three times and over before killing as if they were playing a video game.

POPSHomeland Security drone patrolling NNY Terminator Salvation anyone? These are near identical to the Hellfire missle carrying Drones used in Afghanistan for intelligence and "Response" . Its not much of a step for them to include weapons and bio-metric scanners in the domestic ones. The really worrying part about this is how the PentaCon and NSA now view citizens who support much of the Bill of Rights as domestic terrorists.

POPSObama Approves & Continues Paki Drone Strikes So much for Pakistan's sovereignty and civilians being killed in the war on terrorism. These are unilateral US strikes by UAVs. Was Pakistan notified or asked first? Would the US permit another country to strike on our soil? How would the US respond? Were they about to attack the U.S.? No. The real reason for all this is to erase/kill all the CIA-created Al Qaeda operatives who know too much, including family and friends. Don't miss this from the second article: At his daily White House briefing, press secretary Robert Gibbs declined to answer questions about the strikes, saying, āIām not going to get into these matters.ā Remotely piloted Predator drones operated by the Central Intelligence Agency have carried out 28 missile attacks in Fata since last summer, killing At least 132 people. The NYT, quoting Pakistani officials, reported that as many as 100 of them were civilians.[/b

POPSPakistan Orders Troops to Fire Back Against US Insurgents
Pakistan finally reclaims it sovereignty and orders its troops to fire back if US forces or drones violate their border again and attack on their soil (usually killing more civilians than combatants). This is the only way to change Bush policy and now forces Bush (and even Obama who says he would do same) to reconsider the consequences of such actions. Multi-million dollar attacks using Predator drones is cowardly warfare and a clever way to hit and run while never proving who exactly was being targetted and committing gross negligence in regard to innocent civilians. This is also contrary to the principles of Just War which requires solid ID, direct confrontation where opportunity to surrender is offered, and separating civilians from combatants during any attack, instead of this "just kill them all" policy called "scorched earth". There also is no way to identify (after missiles or bombs strike) who the persons really are, or justification to attack.

POPSObama's Foreign Policy Goes Neocon--Unjust Wars Will Continue
The real Obama policy. Must see video interview (at link) where Obama 1) legitimizes the "war on terrorism" (as necessary and true war); 2) escalate war in Afghanistan (regime change, like Iraq continues); 3) willing to attack targets inside Pakistan--i.e. invade any sovereign country to kill and destroy alleged 'terrorists' (think collateral damage on civilians or wrongly accused from missiles and UAV drones). Watch the interview, Obama does not answer one "why?" question of Lara Logan about the "necessity" of the "war on terrorism", he simply dodges and assumes its legitimacy without reason or debate. UNJUST WAR is the problem here. Where is the protest? The "war on terrorism" is not a true or legal constitutional war, and enabling Obama to do the same as Bush without criticism is hypocritical and partisan blindness. It has always been the goal to finish Iraq and legitimize and spread the war on terrorism. Note the media: War = Patriotism

POPSHomeland Defense Task Force Created to be deployed during a "terrorist attack". Note the continuous propaganda we hear, and justification for continual federalizing of everything, is that a terrorist attack is "not if, but when", despite absolutely nothing for 7 years. Also everything is enabled always around fall timing, to coincide with September 11th to reinforce both the war and domestic Security State agendas that is trampling our Constitution and liberties, while domestic crime and traffic accidents are a greater threat than terrorism. Note also the deployment of spy drones, UAVs.

POPSNetanyahu "9/11 Benefited Israel". Follow the Money Former PM of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu claims 9/11 has been beneficial for Israel. This adds to the conspiracy theory as to Israel's involvement in that awful event. Is 9/11 just USS Liberty on a larger scale. After al, Israel has not looked back since attempting to blast USS Liberty out of the water intending the US to attack Egypt then. Now is has been Afghanistan and Iraq with Iran lined up as the next Zionist target. Follow the money. Naomi Klein's article indicates clearly that the main beneficiary of 9/11 after the US 'contractor' firm has been Israel. Apartheid security is now synonymous with Israel. Fences, drones, torture and interrogation technology, and on and on are all Israeli earners. Having UK police fire 7 rounds into a Brazilian's head is all due to Israeli training. Death is their trade. They've had the practice and it's paying off big.

POPSRemote-controlled aircraft would patrol Arctic: military "The military hopes to acquire the new aircraft within five years, but does not yet know how many it will buy or where it will buy them from. There is no estimate yet on how much the aircraft will cost, though Williams said the drones are typically less expensive than the Aurora patrol aircraft the military currently uses when it flies surveillance missions. UAVs are more affordable because they are generally smaller, lighter and cheaper to build than Auroras, and they use less fuel, need less maintenance and require fewer crew members with less training."
