POPSGmail: Simulating folders with Gmail I've been using this approach to manage the VERY high volume of email from the FullCircles, Ottawa group. Properly formatted messages with OFFER, WANTED, TAKEN, RECEIVED never even appear in the in-box. They are labeled and filtered into the archive automatically. We have over 120,000 messages archives since Aug/04... taking up about 20% of the available space that Gmail archives. This is a GREAT tool for any Freecycle / Full Circles / ReUseIt group managers.
