POPSGOP member shoots target with Democratic opponent's initials More: Many of the targets were basic silhouettes, though others were figures wearing traditional Arab head scarves, called kaffiyeh, and holding rocket-propelled grenades. Napolitano said the faces of those figures appeared to be white, though he understood why they would be assumed to be Arabs. He said critics of the event are simply angry that a Republican minority continues to exist in such an overwhelmingly Democratic area. "I absolutely have no regrets. I don't care what the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee or any of them say — I know that they're offended by the simple fact that we're here and we won't go away and we won't be quiet," he said. "For the Democrats, who are supposed to be the party of minority rights, they're not being very sensitive to our rights." These people live in bizarro backwards-world, I swear.

POPSGulf oil to drop dollar-denominated pricing Starting in 2018, the Gulf states will no longer sell their oil for dollars. They will instead use a "basket" structure which will include Chinese, Japanese, and European currencies, gold, and a yet-to-be-created common Gulf currency. This could, to put it mildly, have very far-reaching effects.

POPSObama's Hidden Agenda It wasn't because he wanted to be the first American president to chair a meeting of the United Nations Security Council. It wasn't because he wanted to tilt toward the Arabs and away from Israel. It wasn't because he wanted to "engage" Iran and the Muslim world. It wasn't because he was itching to grab the reins of government and make grand decisions about war and peace in Afghanistan and Iraq. It wasn't because he wanted to move the United States to the economic left as Germany and Sweden, for example, were reaffirming their faith in capitalism and moving to the economic right. And it wasn't because he had a burning desire, as required by Article II, Section I, to recite this oath at his inauguration: "I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

POPSStop pumping our money to them! Yes, this is disgusting and must be condemned in every corner of the world. But first of all I don't want to pay for insane exercises of deranged fanatics with twisted indoctrinated brains. They didn't answer yet for already committed crimes against humanity. This is clear sign of apartheid, let's call things by their own names..

POPSAhmadinejad Speaks at U.N.
This is a reasonable summary of the Iranian president's speech. Surprises? He says he wants to see the elimination of all WMD's -- and this would be a surprise if you believe propaganda that he wants nuke weapons and turn a blind eye to the fact that Israel has WMD's. 2. He doesn't want to drive Israel into the sea (more false propaganda). He wants a two-state solution. 3. He thinks the slow starvation of a million and a half people in the Gaza Strip is genocide. (This led to the walkout of many). 4. He doesn't deny the Holocaust (never has) but continues to annoy Zionist by asking why this is a topic of special concern to Arabs and Iran, pointing out there have been other great massacres and genocides and that 60 million were killed in WWII and he's sorry about all of that. 5. He thinks of U.S. actions in Iraq and Iran as invasions, doesn't like them and says there are still secret prisons, Gitmo, and bad deeds going on. (All true). 6. We need spiritual values. Too m

POPSKhadafy Speaks at U.N. The horrid translation on live TV are hard to believe. The following summary can't be any worse: 1. You folks in the General Assembly might as well be speaking at Hyde Park. 2. The veto power of five nations on the Security Council is unfair. 3. Continents and long recognized regional unions should have a permanent seat on the Security Council (like the African Union, EU, etc.) 4. General Assembly should be real power, not just Security Council. 5. No more Mickey Mouse 6. 65 wars since UN founded. 7. Nuclear power's do war/ terrorism too, killing millions. And they are pirates of resources. 8. Obama good ideas but could just be an shinning exception in the dark. 9. Cruel Colonialism of Africa ripped off $7.77 Trillion. Pay us back. 10. UN should Investigate Iraq War and many assassinations that favored imperialism. 11. Arabs didn't do the Holocaust. It was done by Europeans. 12. We're friends of Jews, but stop the aggression that poisons the worl

POPSIn Which Obama Has A General Problem, Just Like A Real President*
The tug-o-war playground politics of the matter aside, there is still the fact of war in Afghanistan, a persistent global threat, and the rapidly diminishing credibility of the United States as a stalwart, moral force in the world, from the limp handling of Iran to the delivery of tribute to Vladimir Putin, and now the dawdling and dithering over the erstwhile good war. For all their squawking about us, the Euros don’t need us to be another EU member. They need someone to do the dirty work. Ditto the Arabs. China and Russia have got to be enjoying this, though. On second thought, there is a sort of double-reverse presidential precedent to this crisis. It’s Obama as McClellan. Not exactly Lincolnesque, but very Lincoln-proximate. Totally related: Victor Davis Hanson at NRO looks at Two-Front Wars, Theirs and Ours and comes away with something other than the currently fashionable doom-and-gloom mongering. It’s al-Qaeda after eight years of war, on the ropes and desperate.

POPSAnalysis: Why Everyone Is Saying No To Obama The only thing Obama did manage to get Bibi and Abbas to say yes to is a photo-op at the Waldorf Astoria hotel in NY. Mazel tov. So why is everyone saying no to Obama? It's the economy, stupid. Everyone has worked it out by now: The great secret is out. America's economy has made Obama a weak president, and he will likely remain weak throughout his first term. He has about two years to pull the American economy out of its free-fall before he begins his reelection campaign. If he can do it, and that's a big if, chances are good that he'll get reelected, and in his second term he can try to pull some geopolitical strings. But for the next three years, expect to see a world that says no to Obama. No meaningful and dramatic diplomatic initiative can come out of the White House in the next three years, as long as Obama remains weak. And that's a real pity, because there are some serious and imminent issues that need to be addressed.

POPSAnalysis: Why everyone is saying no to Obama the Israelis said no by refusing to agree to a settlement freeze, or even a settlement moratorium until and unless the Arabs ante up their normalization gestures. Which brings us back to the original Saudi no. The only thing Obama did manage to get Bibi and Abbas to say yes to is a photo-op at the Waldorf Astoria hotel in NY. Mazel tov.

POPSHolocuast Liar! Your Lie! Holocaust. When the Iranian leader says the Holocaust is a false pretext for genocide in Palestinian...it get's reported that he "denies the Holocaust." Sometimes the papers have to quote someone else quoting his quotes to make the false propaganda more plausible. #1. The Holocaust has nothing to do with Arabs. #2. Collective punishment, apartheid, the slow starvation of over a million and a half people in the Gaza Strip are the war crimes and inhumanity going on now.

POPSThe Truth According To a Troofer: "America Had It Coming"
Traveling through the Middle East about six months after 9/11, I was struck by the number of Arabs, from Egypt to the Gulf, who simultaneously believed (a) the Mossad were behind the attacks and (b) it was a great victory for the Muslim world. Van Jones would seem to be an American variant of the same phenomenon: a man who believes 9/11 was (a) blowback for the actions of the US government's war machine and (b) an inside job by the US government's war machine. No wonder the left derides those boorish enough to bring this stuff up: Why, surely all sophisticated persons know these positions are little more than lifestyle accessories or fashion hemlines. One season, everyone on the catwalk is agreed 9/11 was blowback by Jihadists for Social Justice. The next, everyone is equally agreed that Bush called up the White House Steel Melting Czar and buried the whole thing under "miscellaneous" in the budget. by Mark Steyn http://corner.nationalreview.com/

POPSCan this be true? Israeli Organ Harvesting Taking of organs from Palestinians: "There are indications that for one reason or another, organs, especially eyes and kidneys, were removed from the bodies during the first year or year and a half. There were just too many reports by credible people for there to be nothing happening. If someone is shot in the head and comes home in a plastic bag without internal organs, what will people assume?” (4) Israel prosecutes organ traffickers In 2007 Israel’s Ha’aretz newspaper reported that two men confessed to persuading “Arabs from the Galilee and central Israel who were developmentally challenged or mentally ill to agree to have a kidney removed for payment.” They then would refuse to pay them

POPSWhy would Rupert Murdoch Want to Buy a Stake in Saudi Media? Entire article is worth reading. At the end is a reprint of Murdoch's speech to American Jewish Committee National Human Relations Award held March 4, 2009 in New York City: This is a horrible idea. Selling the Rotana catalog and channels to Murdoch means selling off heritage to a man who is anti-Islam and anti-Arab. From what I can tell the majority of movies that I watch on the Rotana channels are produced in Egypt, the movie making capital of the Arab world. Do Arabs (and Egyptians specifically) want their artistic works, these expressions of culture and religion, in the hands of a man who despises them?

POPSAccept the Settlements, Israel says
Accord to some media source, we're suppose to think Israeli expansion of settlements is now "likely." I think it is "likely," Israel will continue to lose U.S. support as it persistently refuses even the first step of honest peace talks....stopping settlement expansion. This has been the demand for decades and everybody knows it and everybody knows that Zionism is all about the removal of all Arabs from the Biblical land claims of Israel. (i.e., zionist is Palestinian genocide). This latest propaganda ploy (i.e.: accept it...it's "likely." - comes from a leaked consideration of a meeting to announce terms, overheard by an unnamed diplomat inside source....got that?) Personally, I think ending the slow starvation of over a million and a half people in the Gaza Strip would be another clearly proper thing to do. Maybe end the mass arrests of innocent Palestinian a 'good faith," gesture. But no,Israel wants "good faith gestures," from the Arabs. Again. It's the same old l
