The Supreme Court's decision to uphold the Federal Abortion Ban - ignoring three decades of precedent requiring protections for women's health - is a setback for all Americans who believe politicians should not make our private, personal medical decisions!

But there is something you can do to fight back. Support the Freedom of Choice Act that will restore the reproductive rights recognized under the vision expressed in 1973 in Roe v. Wade. The Freedom of Choice Act is legislation that would put Roe v. Wade into law, and guarantee the right to choose for generations to come.

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, a dissenting voice in the 5-4 vote, called the decision "alarming'' and said it "cannot be understood as anything other than an effort to chip away a right declared again and again by this court...."

Help get the Freedom of Choice Act on the books! Urge your members of Congress to cosponsor the Act by signing the petition.
