Quisiera sabe que sistema operativo (Actual) aprovecha al maximo un micro de PC DUAL CORE¿?
Es para una PC con micro DUAL CORE de 2.0Ghz / RAM: 1Gb DDR2 (667Mhz) / VIDEO: ATI de 256Mb DDR3.

¿Para que sirven los 64Bits en un sistema operativo?

Por el momento si es un SO de Windows yo usaría el XP Professional con SP/2 pues el Vista está dando muchos problemas y esperaría hasta que salgan por lo menos el Vista con SP1 o con SP2. Si no es de Windows usaría el Suse Linux 10.1 o el Ubuntu. Los procesos de 64 bits son para ofrecer más seguridad en los procesos y velocidad, por lo tanto superior al de 32 bits.
