Mes sélections (voir celles de MILLESIMES) sont sévères cette année, tant il y a des crus trop chers et d’autres à des prix déments dans la région, difficilement cautionnables désormais, souvent “ciblés” pout l’export, intelligemment délaissés en France comme en Belgique. En fait, ce n’est pas un problème de prix, mais bien de rapport qualité-prix. Une bouteille simplement “bonne” à 30 e (minimum) ce n’est plus acceptable, voilà tout ! Et, connus, anciens, réputés ou non, il s’agit vraiment de faire attention à certains noms dans la région pour ne pas se faire avoir. La notoriété, comme à Bordeaux, ne suffit plus.
