Creo sinceramente que el mercado de vivienda usada, donde no hay promotor que valga es el que tiene la palabra. Y en este mercado empiezo a ver bajadas de precios tremendas. Los datos que maneja el ministerio de Vivienda son irreales por completos. Es como si el capitán del Titanic, 10 minutos antes del hundimiento, con 15 vías de agua, se empeñara en decir que las cifras oficiales eran simplemente que a los del servicio de limpieza se les había caído un cubo de agua en cubierta.
