In Georgia, Fannin and Rabun counties have canceled school Monday because of a wintry mix falling in the mountains in the state's northeast corner. Parts of Georgia and South Carolina are under a winter weather advisory until Tuesday morning. The National Weather Service says higher elevations are expected to get up to 4 inches of snow. Most areas will see rain mixed with snow. Farther west, light snow that fell across parts of Arkansas caused multiple car accidents in the northwest part of the state, including a five-car pileup involving a Fayetteville police car.The snow that fell Sunday didn't accumulate on the ground, but it did make driving conditions dangerous.
