Kontes fotography ini terbuka untuk umum dengan tidak mengenal kategori usia dan tidak membatasi kemampuan fotography peserta. Amatir, profesional atau penikmat photography. Serta terbuka untuk warganegara Indonesia dan penduduk asing yang tinggal di Indonesia sepanjang memiliki surat keterangan ijin menetap. Selain itu juga tak ada batasan jenis kamera. Pocket, semi pro maupun DSLR dipersilahkan, sepanjang diambil dalam format digital

Dalam Pesta Blogger 2008 karena mengambil tema ‘ BLOGGING FOR SOCIETY ‘ yang menunjukan peran Blogger terhadap komunitas sekitarnya.
