Como desbloquear o celular

É necessário ficar atento às regras, pois o desbloqueio é gratuito. Algumas operadoras não permitem o desbloqueio de celulares subsidiados, como os adquiridos em promoções, ou exigem pagamento de multa. Segundo o regulamento, as prestadoras devem informar aos clientes quaisquer serviços inclusos no planos, antes de indicarem a adesão dos mesmos.

Apesar de alguns contratempos, conseguimos desbloquear os aparelhos. Para efetuar o serviço, é necessário comparecer às lojas com a nota fiscal, RG e CPF do titular do número.
