POPSBurma Cyclone, "Perfect Storm", like Katrina Note the US, which has an embassy in Burma, and the UN, both now criticizing their government (which is targeted for "regime change" by the Bush administration), were monitoring the event well in advance. Also, notably, the storm had remarkable oddities, per experts quoted here, taking an unusual easterly course, sending it over the most populated area, contrary to the typical pattern of nature-- just like Katrina. As the U.S. and former Soviet Union spent trillions of dollars on their militaries, their commitment to mutually assured destruction led to extensive experimentation with the use of weather as a weapon. In 1977, the Saturday Review cited a CIA report hinting that the U.S. government already had the power to massively manipulate the weather for war purposes. As the Soviet Union disintegrated, a 1993 Isvestia article suggested the U.S. might want to partner with the Russians in peddling their top-secret technology to the world. Oleg Klugin, a high-ranking KGB officer, bragged of his involvement in geophysical weapons research to a London newspaper. The grid patterns of jet chemtrails now spotted throughout the Western world are likely the application of these technologies to new military and civilian uses.

POPSStorms, Earthquakes and Secret Warfare
The "Pentagon's New Map" targets certain regions of the world for "regime change", including South America and largely Islamic-influenced areas abroad. It is interesting that the Indonesian Tsunami, major quakes in Iran and the middle east, the typhoons in Bangladesh, fall within the Pentagon's New Map. As a previous clip showed a typhoon in Bangladesh in 1970 killed 500,000 people. The Sumatra Tsunami killed over 200,000 while the Navy DID KNOW that a tidal wave was in route yet did not warn the Islanders. (Navy has major base in Diego Garcia; advanced technolgoy and communications make the idea of "no warning" incredible). Note Brzezinski's quote above about using Tesla technology to work earthquakes and weather modification is not new, and that it is being used to some extent by secret military applications (U.S. and Russia) has been admitted. The article should be noted also in that if it is possible to "steer" hurricanes (or foment them) puts Katrina in another light.

POPSBurma Cyclone--Weather Warfare for "Regime Change"? This could be a case of Weather Warfare for "regime change". Follow the comments here. It took five days to count from 1,000 to 100,000? This is similar to the Indonesian Tsunami where the death count was suppressed until days later, and then the move for military and UN posturing and pushing began. Also interesting, similar to Indonesia as well, is that there is foreign criticism of the government in the press during the aftermath, and here we see the UN pushing to force their way in "to help" (i.e. invade) WITHOUT approval of the sovereign country, invoking their hypocritical "responsibility to protect" self-proclaimed law to intervene and interfere as if no country can be responsible for themselves without World Government seeking to intrude. The UN has a "responsibility" to butt out unless they are invited. All this makes this event highly suspicious. See "weather warfare"

The significant expansion in America's weather warfare arsenal, which is a priority of the Department of Defense is not a matter for debate or discussion. While, environmentalists blame the Bush administration for not having signed the Kyoto protocol, the issue of "weather warfare", namely the manipulation of weather patterns for military use is never mentioned.
