POPSWhile terrorists plot, the FAA parties I saw some undercover clips of the partying on Fox and heard this story. This all says a lot about the current culture and seriousness in the minds of those who are paid (nicely) to see that our citizens are safe while they fly in our skies. Forget the parties, the bonuses for CEOs and "managers"; instead let's pay the scanners, the mechanics, and builders of our planes what they're really worth.

POPSMissouri farmers arrested for selling milk The above description is a dramatization of real events that happened recently in Springfield, Missouri, where the state has decided to spend considerable taxpayer resources running a sting operating against a family that was caught dealing -- gulp! -- raw milk in a parking lot. Yeah... because that plastic-wrapped, industrial-factory-produced food that shows up on the supermarket shelves is SOOO much better.

POPS Barbie in a Burkha 'I know Barbie was something seen as bad before as an image for girls, but in actual fact the message with Barbie for women is you can be whatever you want to be. 'I have a Barbie in a wheelchair that was only out for six weeks.' The mum-of-two's own Barbie collection is set to be displayed at London's Victoria and Albert Museum in 2012. Barbie was first launched in March 1959 by American businesswoman Ruth Handler. The doll was joined by her long-term boyfriend Ken in 1961. Rosie Shannon, from Save the Children, said all the proceeds from the auction will go to the charity. She said: 'We are delighted Sotheby's and the designer chose to auction the burka Barbie dolls for our charity.' The money will go towards the Rewrite the Future campaign which helps millions of children around the world effected by conflict. POPSUndercover Investigation Shows the Horrors of the Pork Industry
You don’t have to be a licensed veterinarian to understand the level of suffering these animals endured before being haphazardly slaughtered for pork products that were sent to stores in New England including Shaws, Hannaford and Stop and Shop under the brand name Hatfield’s. While abuse of this nature is commonly associated with factory farming, much of what’s depicted in the footage are standard industry practices on any farm, large or small, from the confinement of gestation crates so small they cause sores to mercilessly killing the runts of the litter. “What we documented is standard and largely accepted by the pork industry and as a civilized society it’s our moral obligation to make sure animals don’t suffer needless cruelty. It’s important we look at these animals the same way we look at dogs and cats because there is no difference. They feel the same pain, the same joy our beloved animals at home do,” said Daniel Hauff, MFA Director of Investigations.

POPSACORN Video: Prostitution Scandal in Philadelphia, PA Part I
posing as a prostitute and her boyfriend, soliciting advice about a possible housing loan from workers in the Philadelphia office of ACORN Housing Corp. Previous videos showed the same pair, also posing as a prostitute and her boyfriend, visiting ACORN offices in other cities. The Philadelphia visit is significant because of a dispute over statements ACORN has made defending what took place when Giles and O'Keefe visited the Philadelphia office last summer. Supporters of O'Keefe and Giles said ACORN has lied about whether the two were thrown out of the Philadelphia office, how much time they spent there and whether they explicitly told ACORN workers that Giles was a prostitute. At a news conference, O'Keefe went through an edited version of what he said was a 32-minute visit to the Philadelphia office. "At no point were we kicked out, at no time were we asked to leave," O'Keefe said after playing the video. http://biggovernment.com/

POPS'Now We Have Proof' Jihadis Infiltrating D.C.
Noting that CAIR has tried to hide its strategy, finances, membership, internal disputes and much more from public view since its founding in 1994, Islam expert Daniel Pipes lauded "Muslim Mafia" for definitively exposing the "tawdry and often illegal inner workings of radical Islam's most aggressive organization in North America." "The revelations in this book should both put CAIR out of business and permanently discredit the Islamist cause," Pipes said. Undercover Along with declassified government documents, the book unveils thousands of e-mails, faxes and internal memos that were never meant for public viewing. "Muslim Mafia" also exposes the inner workings of the mob-like Brotherhood and explains its broader conspiracy of infiltrating the American government and "destroying Western civilization from within." "The evidence found in the investigation is incontrovertible," said co-author Sperry, noting that the book has more than 40 pages of footnotes and an

POPSGorilla poses as prostitute: ACORN tells it to pose as illegal alien instead The "gorilla" responded in perfect English: "Do you take Visa or Mastercard?" "Yes, but not American Express, Diner's Club or personal checks," Riola told the undercover reporter. Digital video was obtained by ABSNN that showed the ACORN staffer pocketing a large wad of US currency, after counting it several times. She then proceeded to fill out the paperwork. "I'll sign it for you, since gorillas can't write, but that will cost an additional $395, monkey," she said. The Crockashit News Network reporter paid the additional money and asked for a receipt, but was denied one due to the fact that ACORN had no such item in stock. "You'll just have to trust us, sugar. Come back in two weeks for your money, less of course, our 58% fee. Now, get your monkey ass outta here,' Riola told the "gorilla."

POPSStay The Heck Out Of Tenn.-This Means You Bloomberg Gun show investigations showing how criminals can aquire guns without background checks upsets gun loving state officials in Virginia and Tennessee. Bloomberg is also under fire by Virginians in a new ad released by the National Rifle Association, too. But members of the Italian-American community say they feel targeted, as well. One part of the ad goes like this: "Our New York Mayor Bloomberg came down here to take away some of your Virginia gun rights. You see, the mayor thinks you guys are responsible for our New York crime problem." The ad also depicts an apparent Big Apple "wise guy" who strongly "suggests" voters not elect gubernatorial candidate Bob McDonnell, a gun rights activist. "I want you to do it for New York. If you know what's good for you," the ad says.

POPSThe sound of ACORN falling Appearing before the National Press Club, Lewis condemned as "McCarthyism" the scrutiny her group has drawn since employees in several cities were filmed advising undercover journalists on how to commit housing fraud. They're just bad apples, see, and she's working to "turn this thing around." But what of the ACORN affiliates under investigation in multiple states for voter fraud? What of the Rathkes themselves? Nope, the evidence is piling up that ACORN is rotten all through. No wonder its political allies are running for cover. Lewis said she doubts the group will ever get federal money again. That would sure be a good start.

POPSTerror Plot to Blow Up Federal Courthouse in Springfield is Foiled Federal authorities say they caught on to Finton early in his planning process when he contacted a federal informant and asked how he could become a fighter for the jihad. POPSACORN CEO "outraged" over employees behavior Come on... this turkey is outraged only because they were caught. This group exists to dismantle the USA and the society as we know it, and replace it with an anarchy ruled by blacks and illegals. And in case you haven't noticed, Obama, our elected Trojan Horse is very much in bed with ACORN and their philosophy.

POPSACORN CEO: ‘Attacks Racially Motivated’ Last night on the ABC World News with Charles Gibson, CEO Lewis reiterated her indefensible remark from the press release and when asked about conservative and Republican attacks on her organization she told Jake Tapper "I think, you know, basically they’re saying, these people shouldn’t be trusted. How could they be trusted, you know, they’re all black and brown people?" All black and and brown people? Lewis must have missed the video from the San Berardino, Calif office where the workers were white. Unfortunately for the Democrats and Obama this story is far from over. POPSWill Obama Sign A Bill Denying Federal Funds For ACORN? Let’s not forget his campaign gave over $800,000 to an ACORN front group. There’s enough there there we can question whether Obama would sign a bill denying this group funds or veto it. Given the swiftness of the Census Bureau, the House and the Senate to respond to the scandal, I don’t see how Obama could survive politically by vetoing a bill that denied federal funds to ACORN. For Obama to balk at refusing federal funds for ACORN would give that much more fuel for the Tea Party movement, and force Democrats to run away from him… and with 2010 already looking to be a bad year for the Democrats, Obama would be wise to not give his critics more fodder. I, for one, don’t believe he’d veto a bill denying ACORN federal funding… but then again, he’s disappointed me enough times that it is easier to assume he won’t do the right thing. POPSAttorney General Holder Urged To Open ACORN-RICO Investigation
The reality is, there are at least a half-dozen state and federal laws that could have been broken here. Even though the undercover young woman is not really a prostitute and there are no El Salvadoran girls here either, this could still meet the legal standard for conspiracy to commit these various crimes. At a bare minimum, depending on the state, it likely fulfills the elements for the crime of attempted conspiracy, which usually carries the exact same penalty as the underlying crimes themselves (prostitution, tax fraud, etc.). What’s important about prostitution and human trafficking is that they are specific triggers for the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, better known as RICO. The RICO law is designed to enable the Justice Department to go after criminal enterprises. It defines “racketeering activity” as including importing illegal aliens for immoral purposes, falsifying identification documents and immigration papers, mail and wire fraud, and . . .
