Most of the runners I've worked with find that an upright posture (like a “puppet on a string”) is best in all ways. When runners use a forward lean there is a tendency to develop lower back pain and neck pain. A small minority of runners naturally run with a forward lean with no problems. In this case, one should run the way that is most natural.

POPSDear Clipmarks I don't know which extension is grabbing the attention here. I can disable the Delicious extension, but I rather like it and don't want to do that. Clipmarks does not pop up when I use the Delicious extension. Any ideas on troubleshooting?

POPSStart Firefox (or Thunderbird) in Safe Mode After a Firefox extension prevented me from starting up Firefox normally (the extension just kept on pounding the CPU and wouldn't let up) I solved the problem simply by starting Firefox in Safe Mode as described in the clip and disabling the extension. I then simply started Firefox up again normally. Bingo :)

POPSClipmarks troubleshooting: display bug in "My Page" Since the new layout debuted, I keep seeing this minor but annoying bug. Thought you might like to know about it. The five headings that go across second row above the left-hand scrolling clips window don't quite fit into the allotted space, with the result that the "Collections" link bumps down to the next line and obscures part of the first clip on the list.
