This is a huge barrier to entry, keeping newcomers out of what would otherwise be a highly competitive market and once again increasing prices for consumers. In a free market, profits are a signal telling more entrepreneurs to enter a market. More and more firms will enter the market until the profits have dropped low enough to discourage market entry. ............ Obama has said that under his current proposal, he would eliminate these state barriers.......... This completely ignores the fact that, under the necessary and proper clause, the government is only allowed to regulate those industries that it must to carry out its stated function.

On a basic level think of it like this, if you were going camping would you leave with no equipment or supplies, of course not, not if you intend to live. So what happens when nature comes to you? It could be a quake, a tornado, a hurricane or typhoon, or floods or even any number of human caused events, how will your Ikea flat pack fortress protect you then?

Twenty-two of the child refugees have traveled to meet their saviour, now aged 100 Hauled by a newly built British steam engine, a specially chartered train arrived at Liverpool Street station in London yesterday to commemorate the rescue of almost 700 Czech Jewish children on the eve of the Second World War. Tornado, the first mainline steam locomotive to be built in Britain for almost 50 years, had been chartered by Czech Railways to haul the final leg of a train from Prague, poignantly recreating the escape of 669 Jewish children in 1939. The famous “Kindertransport” was organised by Sir Nicholas Winton. Sir Nicholas, who turned 100 in May, was there to greet some of the now elderly people he saved from certain death at the hands of the Nazis. “It’s wonderful to see you all after 70 years,” he told them. “Don’t leave it quite so long until we meet here again.” Twenty-two of the children, accompanied by 150 others, left Prague on a steam train on

He went upstairs to find a radio just as a tornado came through. Bryan grabbed a door handle "and hunkered down," he told CNN affiliate KYTV. "Couldn't hold on much longer," he said. "I thought I'd be gone to the woods." The back of the house blew away, a tree shattered a large window in front, and his friend's pickup truck flipped upside down, KYTV reported. "I was stupid" for leaving the basement, Bryan told the station, "but I wanted to know where the storm was ... and I found it. I found it."
