POPSYeah! Let the Students Decide I, for one, totally applaud the actions of the Texas Board of Education in their wise decision that let's the students of Texas participate in the ongoing dialogs. In fact, they should be expanded! Teach Tantric sex alongside abstinence and let the students decide. Teach Alchemy alongside Chemistry and let the students decide. Teach Astrology with Astronomy and let the students decide. Gravity is just a theory; in actuality the earth sucks! Earth's round! How absurd. Teach the flat earth theory as well. It seems fair to me.

POPS"paintings are talking you, beyond word" ...Buddhist art... "The Buddha did not initiate the creation of sacred images. Once he said to a disciple, who wanted to see him before dying: «Oh, Vakkhali, why do you want to see this body, composed of unclear substances? He who perceives Dharma, Vakkhali, perceives me. He who perceives me perceives Dharma». Thus, as far as we know, there was no worship of the Buddha’s image in the early Buddhist community after his Parinirvāṇa.

POPSTantra and Kama Sutra Sex Positions -"Sexual Fire Breath"
Sexual Fire Breath * Lie on your back. Feet flat on the floor/bed. Knees bent. Legs comfortably apart. Hands at your sides, palms up. Eyes closed. * Begin to breathe slowly and deeply into your belly. * Focus your attention on your genitals and visualize drawing breath in and out through them. * When you have a comfortable breathing rhythm established, begin to rock your pelvis, tilting it up toward the sky. POPSThe reality of married lovemaking "The challenge for couples is balancing a sense of intimacy and safety and security with a sense of unpredictability and creativity and eroticism," says Barry McCarthy, Ph.D., a psychology professor at American University in Washington, D.C. "When sexual intimacy is strong, making love plays a healthy 15 to 20 percent role in energizing your marriage. The paradox is that when sex is problematic, it plays an inordinately powerful, negative role in new marriages."

POPS Buddhist Relics Latest Casualties of Pakistan's Talibanization
The picturesque Swat Valley has become infested with Taliban militants in recent weeks as the influence of the radical Islamic movement sweeps rapidly across northwest Pakistan. The militants have launched a bloody vice campaign that has left 47 dead, decimated the valley's tourism industry and terrorized the local community. Locals tell ABC News authorities have made no effort to stop the spread of "Talibanization" in a normally peaceful region, often described as "Pakistan's Switzerland." "For me at least, the Jehanabad Buddha was the most beautiful," said Fidaullah Sehrai, a retired professor of archaeology and a leading expert in ancient Buddhist art. Buddhism flourished in Pakistan and Afghanistan during the 7th century, and the Swat Valley is considered the birthplace of Vajrayana or Tantric Buddhism. In his memories, the Chinese pilgrim Hiuen Tsang described hundreds of Buddha sculptures, monasteries and stupas in the valley. Only a handful has been excavated so far.
