In reality, the industry focuses exclusively on "managing" the ongoing presence of E. coli O157 though the development of an E. coli vaccine for cows, and irradiation or chemical washes for the meat. All of which are attempts to mask the risks of a failed system and represent an institutionalizing of the underlying failures. And none of which make me ever want to touch industrial meat again. Indeed, if there ever was a powerful argument for eating only grass-fed beef from small producers, this article is it. T

There's been a vast debate regarding a public option in the U.S. and most of it seems to be based on misinformation and fear tactics. Unfortunately, there's been a shortage of informed opinions and solid facts. I think it would be a good idea of many people who enjoy the benefit of universal health care in other countries would come forth and share their experiences. With the vast number of uninsured Americans, and the fact that insurance companies can and do deny coverage on a very arbitrary basis, there seems to be a need of some kind of major overhaul to the American health care system.

POPSGuilty until proved innocent! We dying, suffering from all this stuff. Some sick minds some dozens years ago declared new era in our move in the road of progress and we relentlessly followed their mad ideas not even realizing how harmful they are. Only with genuine freedom of information in Internet the true appeared at its full extend and some of us horrified what was already done. We have to admit now that so called "chemical revolution" in fact was chimera, which directed us to our present dead end.
