POPS"We the People" of the USA Received An Extension of Our Liberty
Real strongman tyrants like Chavez have no use for tyrant wannabes. Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez said he “still” smelled sulfur after President Obama made a keynote speech at the Copenhagen climate conference Friday, accusing the American president of carrying the same satanic scent that Chavez believes followed Obama’s predecessor, George W. Bush. The big loser in Copenhagen was Obama’s credibility. Obama’s charisma no longer carries the day for him. Obama apparently spent about $10 million of our taxpayer money on his big carbon footprint trip to Copenhagen. The World has determined that Obama has no courage and no Plan B. This is good for us because it will keep Obama from passing his massive Cap and Trade Tax and from passing a destructive ObamaCare plan. Any ObamaCare that is passed can be rescinded after the 2010 General Elections. On the other hand, having a Commander and Chief who lacks courage and credibility and is played

POPSHaunted War Zone - Afghanistan "It is not a rock, though it resembles one. Medieval arrow slits and the remains of fortified turrets on its eastern flank show that this was once a large mud fort that collapsed in on itself and was probably built upon in turn. The locals say that it dates back to Alexander the Great."

POPS 18 Reasons to be Cheerful After Copenhagen The outcome of Copenhagen is depressing if you only look at what happened at the official summit, and persist in the belief that those guys are "world leaders". They are not: they are followers, guardians of a dying regime.

POPS China in a Bull Shop At any rate, it’s clear that Obama is much more willing to spend a reasonable amount of time at a $10 million estate in Hawaii than he was a week in Copenhagen, or even an hour in church on Christmas. by Dan Collins Read full post @ http://bit.ly/4Gm5WK

POPSThe Copenhagen That Matters "My fellow Americans, the fact that the recent Copenhagen climate summit was a bust in terms of solving our energy/climate problems doesn’t mean that we can ignore those problems — or that we can ignore how individual countries, like Denmark, have effectively addressed them. With unemployment in Denmark at about 4 percent, compared with our 10 percent, maybe we should at least consider putting a few of its ideas on our table."

POPS$100,000,000,000 A Year OR End-Days The president's speech followed the publication of draft text, obtained by the Guardian this morning, that reveals the enormous progress needed from world leaders in the final hours of the Copenhagen climate change summit to achieve a strong deal. The draft says countries "ought" to limit global warming to 2C, but crucially does not bind them to do so. The text, drafted by a select group of 28 leaders " including UK prime minister, Gordon Brown " in the early hours of this morning, also proposes extending negotiations for another year until the next scheduled UN meeting on climate change in Mexico City in December 2010. POPSObama Flies to Junk Science Summit In Copenhagen – O-bow-ma Finds Someone To Bow To In Copenhagen After his brief, listless and cliché-ridden speech in Copenhagen that aired live on Morning Joe today, Pres. Obama makes the hand-shaking rounds on the podium. He continues the glad-handing off the podium, until he spots someone and breaks into . . . a bow . With all the mulling around, it's hard to determine exactly what's going on. It looks like he might have been exchanging bows with a man in the scrum surrounding him. But PBO's bow seemed to go beyond the perfunctory head-nod that in the circumstances surely would have satisfied, say, Japanese etiquette. NewsBusters http://bit.ly/5G65y7

POPSMorning Must Reads -- Chinese Won't Bow to Obama
that Democrats haven’t reached a deal. The Senate is moving on to a year-end defense appropriations bill until Saturday as Majority Leader Harry Reid tries to whip his caucus into shape. We don’t know who is objecting behind closed doors, but Nebraska’s Ben Nelson, who opposes abortion and some tax increases, is the most public of the skeptics right now. Reid is trying to spur action by imposing a hideous, around-the-clock schedule on the Senate through Christmas, but few believe right now that Reid can make his year-end deadline. “With Mr. Nelson's vote in doubt, President Barack Obama met with Maine Sen. Olympia Snowe, the lone Republican to show interest in supporting the package, to see if she would back the bill. Sen. Snowe is an abortion-rights supporter. ‘He'd prefer to get this moving,’ Sen. Snowe said. She added that she urged the president to postpone action and use ‘part of January’ to deal with her concerns, which include a proposal to establish a new long-term

POPS A SUMMIT FOR THUGS Yeah, we’re the murderers. Not Mugabe " who delighted in the torture, starvation and killing of his own people, for years. This would all be hilarious if these creeps didn’t have our own leaders on their side. Witness secretary of State Hillary Clinton announcing that our country is ready to create an annual $100 billion climate protection fund to help “address the climate change needs of developing countries.” Where will this money come from? Well, Hillary wouldn’t say " but she didn’t have to. There’s only one place it can come from " you. And that’s why the Chavez’s and the Mugabe’s of the world love climate change hysteria so much. To the world’s thugs, thieves and murderers, the US becomes that fat tourist in his favorite vacation hat, jingling his change on a street corner. Easy pickings. Red Eye's Greg Gutfeld ....
