POPSHow Many Senses Does a Human Being Have? My mother could always sense when I was about to make a mess We have a lot of senses! The sensing of, if something is wet or dry, and lots we aren't even consciously aware of, like baroreceptors, chemoreceptors, etc. Then there's the sense of impending doooom, the sensing of pheromones and the "sixth" sense. And what about common sense? *LOL* No scientific proof for any of these senses, yet, though... :p
