POPSWill "Th!nk" Ignite an Electronic Car Revolution in the U.S.? Think City is one of two models that are out already, together with the Think Ox, with a choice of either lithium or a sodium battery, it's range is enough to take a suburban dweller to the downtown office and back, with zero carbon footprint. The car is thoughfully fully computerized and allows a key-less entry. It features real time navigation, web, e-mail and open source interfaces, intelligent and sustainable driving and route calculations. The DNA-key gives the user feedback on charging status and sends messages, for example, for pre-heat or pre-cool options via GPRS. Pricing has yet to be announced, but the company's current vehicles cost less than $25,000.

POPSThe life-giving power of literature
I used to get bored out of my brain before I started reading I could never latch on to it to easily till I found words of wisdom and writing that could be applied to life also learning about the outside world/universe through factual writing like national geographic and the guardian newspaper has really opened a lot of doors for life, conversation, enjoyment and distraction reading offered answers to the meaning of life and the universe which had seriously distressed me beforehand the quote from volataire sums it up: Despite the enormous quantity of books, how few people read! And if one reads profitably, one would realize how much stupid stuff the vulgar herd is content to swallow every day." — Voltaire this is particulary true in the days of crappy prime time tv shows and hyped up media I also read somewhere about the calming effect good reading material promoting creative thought can have on ones nerves which I found very true oh and the source goodreads is awesome che

POPSFree Speech Ain't Free "Everybody gets to say their piece. That's the deal. Even if half the world considers that "piece" total BS. Face it, half of what WE believe usually turns out to be total BS. Beliefs have this nagging tendency to mutate over time. It wasn't long ago they burned people as witches for not thinking the world was flat. Wasn't it Cardinal Richelieu who said treason is just a matter of dates?"

POPSDog rescues owner that forgot keys The dog Anna woke her owner up when there was a fire. They both got out, but the owner, a janitor, forgot her keys. She went back inside, and Anna followed her back, and led her out , leading her through the smoke. I've seen a few dogs rescuing owners stories over the past month, and there seems to have been one thing in common. The dogs had generally been stray, or adopted from the pound after being abused by previous owners. The dogs were proving they can be grateful, Perhaps seeing it as repaying in kind.
