This Video Zeroes in on the media propaganda and shows what this human microchip is really about. State Sen. Simitian calls forced "tagging" of humans with RFID chips the ultimate invasion of privacy. By K.C. Jones InformationWeek September 4, 2007 10:03 AM California legislators want to prohibit people from forcing others to receive tracking implants. Sen. Joe Simitian, a Palo Alto Democrat, announced that his Senate Bill 362, which would ban the practice, passed by a 28-9 vote last week. "RFID technology is not in and of itself the issue. RFID is a minor miracle, with all sorts of good uses," Simitian said in a statement. "But we shouldn't condone forced 'tagging' of humans. It's the ultimate invasion of privacy." The bill is headed for the desk of Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger for approval. If Schwarzenegger signs SB 362, California will join Wisconsin and North Dakota to ban forced RFID implantation.

VeriChip implants cause fast-growing, malignant tumors

http://www.antichips.com/ To hear Dr. Katherine Albrecht on Ettaro LIVE! on We The People Radio Network breaking this story click below: http://restoretherepublic.com/index.php?option=com_weblinks&task=view&catid=13&id= Scott Silverman, Chairman of the Board of VeriChip Corporation, has proposed implanting the company's RFID tracking tags in immigrant and guest workers. "Anyone remember VeriChip, a company that came up with the idea of implanting chips in humans for tracking them? They've been behind ideas like RFID tagging immigrant and guest workers at the border, and they've persuaded a former Bush Health Secretary to get himself chipped. In this CNET News.com article, we offer an update on how successful the idea has been. It turns out that, according to IPO documents, 222 people have been implanted, with sales revenue of $100,000." The CNET article points out that the RFID-implants adoption is slower than expected by VeriChip.

(RFID) Chip Implants

This scares the fuckin' PISS out of me. Aside from the conviences such a chip can provide, such as storing medical records, banking info(replace credit and ATM cards), GPS, and security clearance, I think the drawbacks are overwhelming. This is just one more link in the gov. control chain. Such a device would make it much easier for the gov. to spy on you and infringe your rights without you even knowing. With a couple mouse clicks, Big Brother can pinpoint your location 24/7, track your spending trends, and see when yo went to the doctor last. The list goes on and on regarding it's potential for abuse. This has the capability of giving the gov. control over humans that would be unprecedented.

"2020 Neural Implant Chips - Fact of Fiction?" Results of testing:

Sickening, and yet over the course of the technological timeline, these will pretty much be peer pressured for use under whatever guise these chips are promoted as (i.e. health, technological marvel, "convenience", or God forbid, mandatory). RFIDs are already trying to take their place in the world under every field imaginable and coaxed into things that we wouldn't need them for, what they really are for is surveillance, identification, electronic tagging and radio feedback. RFIDs and forced universal ID cards are the stepping stone prior to a microchipped population, so do your part as human beings with any bit of ethics and morality left in you and fight back. Say no to RFID tagging, say no to ID cards, say no to socialism/fascism/globalism/one-world-government, and say no to the chip. - Peace

Medical microchip for people may cause cancer
Amergin
by Amergin  9-10-2007
To date, about 2,000 of the so-called radio frequency identification, or RFID, devices have been implanted in humans worldwide, according to VeriChip Corp. The company, which sees a target market of 45 million Americans for its medical monitoring chips, insists the devices are safe, as does its parent company, Applied Digital Solutions, of Delray Beach, Fla. “We stand by our implantable products which have been approved by the FDA and/or other U.S. regulatory authorities,” Scott Silverman, VeriChip Corp. chairman and chief executive officer, said in a written response to AP questions. The company was “not aware of any studies that have resulted in malignant tumors in laboratory rats, mice and certainly not dogs or cats,” but he added that millions of domestic pets have been implanted with microchips, without reports of significant problems. The FDA also stands by its approval of the technology.

Salt and Paper Battery May One Day Replace Lithium Batteries
cakebelly
by cakebelly  9-20-2009
more: The battery is made by coating the paper, made from this cellulose, with a conducting polymer and inserting a salt-solution-soaked filter paper between the paper electrodes. Chlorine ions travel from the batteries positive terminal to the negative terminal while current is produced in the external circuit by the flow of electrons. The battery can be recharged in tens of seconds because the ions flow through the thin electrode quickly. In comparison to a lithium battery that would take 20 minutes to recharge. The salt and paper battery is still in the early stages of development as compared to other thin-film technologies. For a battery to be cost effective you need to able to obtain the material at relatively low cost and have a good manufacture process in place. The battery could be produced commercially in about three years and made available to distributors. Via: RSC and Technology Review © 2009 PhysOrg.com
