POPSOpen Office- a viable alternative to the microsoft monopoly. I have been using this for about a week now and have uninstalled ms office completely, just part of an ongoing process to rid my windows machine of anything Microsoft, or Google related or any of their numerous affiliates. The program is more than capable of handling the average users requirements, I don't know if it would handle the needs of a business other than on the obvious lack of cost, but it certainly has that potential. Why not give it a go? What do you have to lose? It is free after all.

POPSLinux or Windows Vista? I can't afford another operating system update/upgrade. Maybe MS will continue support WinXP for a few more years? Or maybe I'll just finally give-in to Linux.
