Letztlich dient alles nur dem Zweck, möglichst viele Abo-Opfer so zu verunsichern, dass sie lieber zahlen als ihr gutes Recht durchsetzen. Mehr noch: Die zahlreichen vermeintlichen Verbraucherschutz-Seiten sind derart SEO-optimiert, dass sie in der Trefferanzeige bei Google ganz weit vorne landen und wirklich hilfreiche Foren nach hinten drängen. Wer konkrete Hilfe im Netz sucht, landet damit fast zwangsläufig auf einer von Windschers Fake-Seiten. Und läuft Gefahr, durch die Manipulation eine zweites Mal zum Opfer zu werden.

Solche Anbieter gibt's nicht nur im Sexbusiness, sondern z.B. auch im Kreditgeschäft oder mit Angeboten für Erwerbs- bzw. Nebenerwerbsmöglichkeiten, Angeboten von gefälschten Markenprodukten usf. Vorsicht ist auch geboten, wo die frohe Botschaft lockt, man sei glücklicher Gewinner von irgend etwas "traumhaftem", "märchenhaftem".

POPSBetrug mit "Gratis"-angeboten Dieser Trick ist uralt. Z.B. das Gratis- Versuchsangebot, in dessen Annahme bei nicht zeitigem Widerruf ein Abo als abgeschlossen gilt. Hier müsste eine Regel eingerichtet werden, dass das Abo gerichtlich nur dann als abgeschlossen anerkannt werden darf, wen der Kläger (Anbieter) nachweist, dass er im eingeklagten Fall dem Beklagten eine einfache und klare Widerrufsmöglichkeit nach den technischen Standards von anerkannten Billing Services geboten hat. Eine weitere Regel sollte Abschlüsse via Einigung über ein Gratisabo Betragsmässig beschränken (z.B. 25-30 EU, bzw. 30 - 50 CHF). Einführungsangebote für Lebensmittel und andere Verbrauchsgüter offerieren zuweilen bessere Qualität als später weiter eingehalten wird, was schwer zu beweisen ist. Der Ruf einer Marke wird oft auch vorübergehend in dieser Art missbraucht.

POPSVery Cool Freeware: tinySpell Checking your spelling is simple: Option 1: While you are typing, tinySpell watches the text you enter and whenever it detects a misspelled word it beeps and shows a spelling tip, and the tinySpell icon in the system tray turns from white to yellow . Option 2: When you copy text to the clipboard tinySpell checks its spelling immediately. If it finds at least one misspelled word in the text it beeps and turns its icon to yellow. If the icon is white it means that no misspelled words were found in the clipboard text. Correcting a misspelled word is also simple: When a misspelled word is detected, click the tinySpell icon or press the hot-key to pop up a list of suggested replacement words. If the misspelled word is detected during on-the-fly checking or after a word is copied to the clipboard you can select a correction from the list. The selected word is inserted into your document, or is copied to the clipboard I don't use IE & it works just fine in Firefox

POPSAvira Anti-Virus Personal ~ Free Anti-Virus I'm using the Premium Avira 30 day trial package which it excellent, but when that expires, I plan to download the free program. The premium program is about $26 US, but has a firewall and automatic updates. Also, there are counterfeit downloads out there, so be sure you download from the official website and look for the red umbrella.

POPSFacilitators for msWindows FileHippo has many 'free' downloads that improve our usage of msWindows. For me FleHippo and WordWeb are essentials. And to save space in my slow notebook the msOfficeWord program is uninstalled. The default programs Notepad and Word Pad are more than enough for my writings and bloggings. I hope this information is useful for someone with a 'slow' computer. Thank you.
