The officials said text messages sent by Zazi suggest the plot was nearing the attack phase. One message said the "wedding cake is ready," which authorities say may have been code to indicate the attack was ready. Al Qaeda operatives have frequently used references to weddings to disguise planned terror attacks. Zazi's lawyer, Arthur Folsom, said his client was cooperating fully with the FBI during his long interrogation sessions. Folsom told ABCNews.com "no deal has been offered," but authorities say Zazi is preparing a "proffer" of information he would be prepared to testify about as part of a plea negotiation. Zazi's computer was copied, or "mirrored," by FBI agents last weekend without Zazi's knowledge. His lawyer said the agents probably made the copy after towing away Zazi's car on an purported parking violation.

Our organization is more than willing to purchase ad time on ABC to present an alternative viewpoint and our hope is that ABC will reconsider having such viewpoints be part of this crucial debate for the American people. POPSIMF warns of economic riots Hopefully, this is nothing more than necessary contingency planning, but a separate recent article stated that the Department of Defense plans to deploy 20,000 troops nationwide to help state and local officials respond to ‘nuclear attacks’ and ‘emergencies’. I can’t help but think the emergencies referred to could be riots over our deflating economy. There have already been food riots in Haiti, Bangladesh, and Egypt (http://www.cnn.com/2008/WORLD/americas/04/14/world.food.crisis/) and the way our government uses our money to bailout the banking system without any oversight, and the numbers of jobless and homeless keep increasing, civil unrest is not farfetched. I only have my faith that Americans will not go to this extreme but my faith in Americans have been shattered before.
