What really irks me more than anything is that after betting against the very products they were selling to their clients, they got a MASSIVE government bailout while some of their top competitors got wiped out. It claims the power to regulate any activity, tax any behavior, and demand conformity to any standard it chooses. The Founders did not give us a government like the one we have today. He then addressed where demand for that debt would come from. "The United States cannot force foreign governments to increase their holdings of Treasuries," Zhu said, according to an audio recording of his remarks. "Double the holdings? It is definitely impossible." The bill includes a massive new entitlement -the CLASS Act – which the Democrat chairman of the Budget Committee described as a Ponzi scheme. A bipartisan majority (including 11 Democrats) voted to strike the CLASS Act — and they should withhold their support.
