POPSMan slaps stranger's crying child I don't care what you say about "kids today are out of control", you don't slap somebody else's child. Period. I would also say, you never slap a child across the face, period.

POPS Hey... Want a Baby? The expression "life is cheap" seems to be true these days. Why in the hell are people like this even allowed to be parents? I guess they didn't think to place an ad in the newspaper. They could've got a lot more from prospective baby seekers. Don't attack me for that statement. It's more a reality than you might know. Anyway...I'm just glad they don't have it any more (the baby that is). But knowing how things things go in our wonderful courts these days, it's possible they can get custody restored. That is if they want the poor thing.

POPSDetainees at Club Gitmo Getting H1N1 Vaccine Before You Well, why the hell not.....they already have personal chefs, cable TV and free movies. I'm sure that between prayer time on their new prayer rugs and beach volleyball tournaments they can manage to fit the vaccinations into their grueling schedules. How about we send the liberals down there to administer the H1N1 personally since they already have such high regard for those murdering terrorists.....

POPS5 now in custody in Richmond High gang rape Follow up on previous rape clip I posted. This is one of the most appalling clips I have posted and I was even hesitant in posting it but people have got to be aware of this kind of crime and what happens right here in this country. The clip is not only appalling but the actions of the people that witnessed the rape are as guilty as the people who committed the crime. I just don't understand that not even one person would not come to the aid of this poor girl. I fear that poor girl will never recover to any state of normalcy after what has happened to her. My heart certainly goes out to her and her family. How to help Richmond High School is accepting cards and donations for the victim and her family. They can be mailed to the school at 1250 23rd St., Richmond, CA 94804-1011. Make checks out to the Richmond High Student Fund. POPSSwiss court orders Polanski kept in jail "The court considered the risk that Roman Polanski might flee if released from custody as high," the federal court said. "The bail offered by the appellant does not meet in its form the requirements set out by the law."

POPSWhy Did The DoD Ignore Requests From Their Own Attorney For A War Crimes Investigation? Air Force Maj. David Frakt, the attorney for former detainee Mohammed Jawad, says over the past 16 months he sent multiple memos to Defense Department and military leaders asking them to account for what a military judge called “abusive conduct and cruel and inhuman treatment” of his client. Jawad, who was arrested when he says he was 12 years old for allegedly tossing a grenade at U.S. military, was moved from cell to cell 112 times during a 14-day period to disrupt his sleep patterns, according to military documents. Frakt said he believes the treatment constituted torture, violated the Geneva Convention, war crime laws and Defense Department regulations.

POPSThe 1,400 legal benefits of marriage in the US
More: spousal exemptions to property tax increases upon the death of one partner who is a co-owner of the home; veterans' discounts on medical care, education, and home loans; joint filing of tax returns; joint filing of customs claims when traveling; wrongful death benefits for a surviving partner and children; bereavement or sick leave to care for a partner or child; decision-making power with respect to whether a deceased partner will be cremated or not and where to bury him or her; crime victims' recovery benefits; loss of consortium tort benefits; domestic violence protection orders; judicial protections and evidentiary immunity; and more.... Most of these legal and economic benefits cannot be privately arranged or contracted for. For example, absent a legal (or civil) marriage, there is no guaranteed joint responsibility to the partner and to third parties (including children) in such areas as child support, debts to creditors, taxes, etc.

POPSLibs Finally See Bush Admin Prosecuted for "Torture" [FICTIONAL] Oh hell, more liberal porn. Libs should also consider prosecuting America's 43rd president for directly liberating more people (over 60 million) from tyranny than any leader since Winston Churchill and Franklin D. Roosevelt. Or how about we prosecute him for saving millions of lives in Africa and for asking the Congress to commit $15 billion over five years ... to turn the tide against AIDS in the most afflicted nations of Africa and the Caribbean? Sound good to you libs? Dream on fools.

POPS Ohio Couple Giving Up Baby After Clinic Mix-Up
Savage and her husband decided that the right thing"the only thing"to do was to give the baby to the biological parents. "This was someone else's child," she told The Associated Press on Wednesday. "We didn't know who it was. We didn't know if they didn't have children or if this was their last chance for a child." "We knew if our child was out there, we'd go to the ends of the earth to get our child back," she said. Savage, 40, is due to give birth to a boy within the next two weeks via cesarean section. When it happens, biological parents Paul and Shannon Morell, of Michigan, will be nearby, waiting to meet their son. "How do you thank somebody for what they've done?" Shannon Morell said. "I could say thank you a million different ways." The Savages say the fertility clinic transferred the wrong frozen embryo to Carolyn's womb in early February. Ten days later, Sean Savage got a call from a doctor saying his wife was pregnant with someone else's child.
