POPSgrowing the new branch of government
At least the New York Times actually reported Holder's Congressional thumping. Pay ACORN, the defiant DOJ hack admonishes. Now DOJ has authority over Congress. Representatives Wolf and Smith have sent numerous requests to Holder asking for documentation of his Black Panther dismissal. Rep. Issa has demanded an explanation of Kevin Johnson's predatory sexual behaviors with underage Americorp students, not to mention his squandering of $400,000 on personal expenses like chauffeuring and dry cleaning. Jennifer Rubin's latest Weekly Standard report details the US Civil Rights Commission investigation into the Black Panther dismissal. Yup. You guessed it. No response from Holder or the DOJ. Finally, the White House czars have been reported in the alternative media, and given the obligatory nod in the msm. However, Breitbart's expose on the National Endowment for the Arts has been politely ignored. So expect to see those armies of taxpayer funded artists creating propaganda whene

POPSOpen independent public inquiry in 9/11! Until we will get clear answers for all questions about this catastrophe of historic significance the guilt for that will lie on all of us as tremendous burden, breaking progress and prosperity in society. Our life cannot be built on lies and games of crooks from behind the scene. This is our duty, each of us, to take possible participation in forming independent public body with all controlling mechanisms for full scale investigation and unlimited subpoena power. Our duty before our dead, cruelly and violently murdered. Our duty before our children and next generations to find the true now, in our lifetime, not swiping it under the rug for their uncertain future as sign of our cowardice.

POPS $6.4 Billion Stimulus Goes to Phantom Districts ..... Bill McMorris November 17
Many other recipients carried the banner for congressional districts that have been defunct for decades. South Carolina’s 7th took the cake, garnering more than $27 million in stimulus funds, despite being eliminated in 1930. The stimulus helped to create 35 congressional districts in Washington D.C. and the four American territories, all of which have no congressional districts. These areas received $5 of the $6.4 billion distributed to the non-existent districts. New Mexico Watchdog broke the story on Monday morning after finding that $26 million in stimulus money had been distributed to 13 congressional districts"ten more than the state actually has. Similar reports soon followed from New Hampshire, Kansas, Ohio, Minnesota and West Virginia. A reporter from the Montana Policy Institue confronted the Recovery Accountability and Transparency Board, which oversees the site, about these non-existent congressional districts on Monday afternoon.

POPSParanormal Taxivity READ THE BILL Americans are fed up with Congress, and one of the things they’re most fed up with is the practice of rushing massive bills to a vote without reading them or giving the American people time to read them. H.Res.554, authored by Reps. John Culberson (R-TX) and Brian Baird (D-WA), would require all bills to be posted online for at least 72 hours before they are brought to a vote on the House floor. POPSMonsanto guilty in 'false ad' row Earlier this month, Monsanto reported a fourth quarter loss of $233m (£147m), driven mostly by a drop in sales of its Roundup brand. It would be quite a result if this led to some of their other products like Aspartame being investigated publicly.

POPSSponsored search results lead to malware If you're not sure, verify the URL. Microsoft and Google have large payrolls, but the search giants don't employ literal armies to review ad submissions. If you're at all suspicious of an ad's legitimacy, check the URL via a service such as hpHosts, which tracks domain names that researchers have reported as malicious. Help vendors by reporting malicious advertisers. To report bogus ads on Google, e-mail security at google.com. This is likely to be more effective than reporting the site via the search giant's online form. If you discover malware purveyors advertising in Bing's results, e-mail secure at microsoft.com. Yahoo, however, offers only a Security Phishing Report Form.

POPSGood Labour parentalship
Preachers beware. Having listened to the sanctimonious rants from Madam Hewitt for all these years, and having hoped it was good riddance when she resigned... To all Labour supporters, if you cannot tell your friends, and I mean the lying, thieving shits who stole handsomely from the Public Purse whilst lesser mortals were being convicted of petty cash crimes and criminalised for not being able to afford decent advocacy, how can you moralise to a basically moral public. Your corrupt seedlings have really sprouted. Just look at what YOU, and I mean You Labour supporters, have fostered on decent British people. The list of criminal activity in your ranks reads – Mandelson, three times removed from office, Hazel Blears who cannot see corruption from her cell in Salford. Who is that woman whose husband is on trial for corruption in Italy? My memory cannot retain all these names of Labour crooks. I’d like to list the decent Labour MP’s but as the only one I know is resigning at the

POPSReport: ‘Death panels’ author worked with big tobacco to scuttle health reform Susie Madrak, in her blog at Crooks and Liars, cites key parts of the Rolling Stone article: W]hat has not been reported until now is that McCaughey’s writing was influenced by Phillip Morris, the world’s largest tobacco company, as part of a secret campaign to scuttle Clinton’s health care reform. (The measure would have been funded by a huge increase in tobacco taxes.) In an internal company memo from March 1994, the tobacco giant detailed its strategy to derail Hillarycare through an alliance with conservative think tanks, front groups and media outlets. Integral to the company’s strategy, the memo observed, was an effort to “work on the development of favorable pieces” with “friendly contacts in the media.” The memo, prepared by a Phillip Morris executive, mentions only one author by name:

POPS14 Things You Need to Know About Obama Heckler, Rep. Joe Wilson 2. Wilson is a member of the organization, Sons of Confederate Veterans, reports Dave Niewert of Crooks and Liars, which "as the Southern Poverty Law Center has detailed assiduously, has been taken over in the past decade by radical neo-Confederates who favor secession and defend slavery as a benign institution." (Not that Wilson's affiliation has anything to do with his unprecedented heckling, during a presidential address before a joint session of Congress, of our first African-American president.) 3. Wilson served as an aide to the late segregationist Senator Strom Thurmond, who is credited with conducting the longest filibuster in Senate history -- against the 1957 civil rights bill. POPSTea Party Bus Sponsor's Negligence Killed 23 Seniors In Fire, Blames Federal Government. Global Limo's owner Jim Maples even listed Global Charters as his employer when he gave $5000 to the RNC in 2004. *BusBank CEO Bill Maulsby blamed insufficient federal oversight, "We're not safety experts," he said. "We clearly need to depend on the federal government." In November 2006, a federal court convicted Maples and sentenced him to five years' probation for failure to maintain his buses. Investigators found 168 violations in Maples' four-bus fleet. The following month, US Fed News reported that BusBank had been awarded a Homeland Security contract worth up to $55 million. In June, BusBank and Global Limo settled out of court for a total of $11 million, a pittance when split between the families of the 23 victims and the patients who survived the crash. BusBank's legal troubles are far from over. According to one report, more lawsuits are getting underway this month.

POPSSome of our foods are poisons!
This subject will always be actual. It's our life, after all. Modifying old sentence, we are eating to live, not to suffer from what we eat. And drink. So, better check what you eat and especially how you feed your kids; not force them to pay for our mistakes and our inaction toward crooks, making living on our health. There are many bizarre theories in food and medical science to be revised and as soon as we start to do that as better. How many troubles can be prevented! First of all it is the notion that we can safely eat artificial food, practically plastic. We are not! We cannot be healthier neither with synthetic food, nor with chemical medicines. Even naturally occurred remedies have to be applied carefully. Chemical "revolution" of past century in relation to our life and health is over. One more remark. Please note, that not all toxins are poisons and most dangerous stuff in our food not toxins, which are produced by some microbes, but man made poisons, added there by stu

POPSUnreasonable Expectations Everyone's whining about the cost of healthcare reform. Has anyone even though about how much in savings they'll have when healthcare costs are fair for a change? It could cut your healthcare costs in half, or better. What is that going to save you. It just takes capital to do the changeover. After that, it's nothing but savings. And, as a bonus, you have a chance of getting a much better healthcare system for your buck if you push your congressmen and senators to put a Universal Healthcare package in the bill. Do you want your healthcare dollars going toward $1000 meals on gold-plated dishes for Insurance Execs? Or do you want it paying the people who actually give you your healthcare? Well, the only way you're going to get that is with Universal Healthcare. Cut the crooks out of the equation.

POPSFinancial foolishness... The US economy is far to beholden to financial markets and Wall street. The problems started with deregulation under Reagan, and culminated with deregulation under Clinton (the Gramm-Leach-Biley act of 1999) -- allowing inv banks, ins. co's and comm banks to create 'whatever' new investment vehicles they wanted... all outside ANY government regulation. We saw what happened: they gave mortgages to people who couldn't afford them, know that they could slice-n-dice 'em and sell them off before they went sour. Now we, the taxpayer, are paying to keep these same institutions afloat. I only hope for some sensible regulation.

POPSPolitburo Mulls Airbrushing Reagan The White House blog exults about the triumphs of social engineering through energy policy. It’s got a quaint Soviet Realist, five-year planny kind of feel to it. Meanwhile, Jammie Wearing Fool suggests the Dems quit pussyfooting around and just name it after Obama. Red State: “But citizen, it has always been known as Obama National Airport.” G’day Instapundit, etal, always good to see you. You know about Obama’s Whiskey Tango Foxtrot strategy, right? That’s the one where commanders in the field say, “We need more troops,” and POTUS says “WTF?” … We’re also mulling whether the time is right to Whack Now, plus Rule Of Law By Military Coup. And please feel free to browse around Crittenden’s Right-Wing Warmonger Bookshop and General Store.
