POPSConservatives Have To Get Their Act Together
Remember the 3 biggies we are battling in 2010 Republicans and other conservative groups must focus and find candidates that not only can compete and do well in debates and the media but who really do have integrity, a commitment to our constitution and courage to serve. Anyone can find a pretty person and great speaker. Every tyrant I can think of through out our last 100 years was a sensational PR wizard and speaker. America must put a wall of protection against Fundamentalist Islam It is high time America does more than ‘review’ homeland security and watch lists. We must boldly define the enemy as Fundamentalist Islam, taught here and throughout the world. Once we find the courage to declare publicly the truth about the enemy we must then decide vividly and in media to go after Islamic clerics, known Islamic training camps in the US, Islamic agencies that work against our country and Government, ID sleeper cells and their allies. POPSSarah Palin, Man of the Year She can be "Woman of the Year"...no harm. The article does justice to her impact on the conservatives who are still hopeful to maintain our Country. Many others are rising up to join her as we attempt to thwart the progress of PC, Socialism, and apathy. The article is balanced; not brushing over the questions. I hope that 2010 will be a year of cleaning house and elevating our *traditional* values, American productivity, humanitarianism, majority rule, and attacking corruption wherever it is found...all to begin afresh.

POPS10 Reasons Why Republicans Will Win in 2010
CAP and TAX – Another massive tax increase on American families and small businesses. Ben Nelson’s Payoff – Ben Nelson sold his health care vote to Harry Reid for $300+ million in lower taxes for Nebraska. The $12 Trillion+ National Debt – Democrats in Congress spending money they don’t have. Mortgaging our children’s future. Nationwide Unemployment rate at 10% - The Democrats are spending money like it’s going out of style and yet they are ignoring policies that would create new jobs. The Government Takeover of Health Care - If the bill that comes out of Congress is signed into law, it will amount to a massive government expansion into our daily lives. It is the number one reason why Democrats should be defeated. Huck PAC is determined to lead the charge next year to regain Republican Majorities in the House and Senate. We will only support conservatives. We have a December online fundraising goal that we are $9,119 away from reaching. Will you make a donation today to

POPSRove: Champion of "traditional" divorce Actually, this is Rove's second divorce. His first wife was "Valerie Wainright, a wealthy Houston woman from the Bush social circle, but the marriage could not withstand his consuming preoccupation with politics." They divorced after three years of marriage. So the one that was just terminated was Rove's second "traditional marriage" to end without death doing them part. His next traditional marriage will be to his third wife. Did I mention that Rove believes it's vital that our secular laws enforce precepts of "traditional marriages" and bar everything else?

POPSDCCC: Obama 'more aggressive in fighting al Qaeda' than Bush Does this make anyone else just gag?!! What they call 'scoring points' I call sounding the alarm. And as far as putting "country before political party" concerning national security...that's just an outright lie and to suggest that we need to "learn from this episode" is the height of idiocy. Conservatives have looooong been aware of the ongoing and dangerous advancement of radical Muslim jihadists; we learned it already! How about the DCCC stop with the rhetoric and join the fight.

POPSWill GOP Call to Repeal Health Care Bill? Repealing the health care bill, however, would take more than winning back a few congressional seats. Just as the Republican minority in the Senate has stalled the current health care debate, a Democratic minority could do the same to any repeal measure unless Republicans were able to pull together at least a 60-vote majority. The GOP would also have to overcome the strong majority Democrats now have in the House. Even if they were to win both chambers back, President Obama could veto any repeal measure at least through 2012. "Anyone who thinks they'll be able to repeal ObamaCare is kidding themselves," Michael Cannon, director of health policy studies at the libertarian Cato Institute, told the Washington Independent. "If they want to stop it, they need to stop it now."

POPSA Day Of Reckoning For Republican Party The C-Span video is 10 minutes of rather pointed statements and well worth watching. If nothing else, 2009 was a banner year for C-Span fans. It's a great way to watch how our elected representatives earn their pay (or not!).

POPSLibs Scold Black Conservatives: saying “Who the “H” Do You Think You Are?” Life is about choices. Liberals do a great disservice to minorities by constantly attempting to convince them they are eternal victims unable to achieve without liberal intervention. It has been said, “If you love someone, set them free”. --Lloyd Marcus (black) Unhyphenated American, Singer/Songwriter, Entertainer, Author, Artist & Tea Party Patriot ______________________________ Hey liberals, there are many BLACK conservatives, just as there are many GAY conservatives. In a world consisting of "tolerance," as defined by Webster, "liberal," the "literal" sense would be the norm, instead of the exact opposite There is nothing generous or tolerant about crushing, intimidating and silencing views other than your own Hand out free boots on your own time, and don't scold me for putting them on wrong. And the request for that boot tax you want on those "free boots" has been declined.

Claire McCaskill’s University City office during their lunch hours for the second time in two weeks to protest McCaskill’s continual lack of representation. POPSWhen Liberal Dreams Collide With Public Opinion
"What's really exceptional at this stage of Obama's presidency," writes Andrew Kohut, the Pew Research Center's respected pollster, "is the extent to which the public has moved in a conservative direction on a range of issues. These trends have emanated as much from the middle of the electorate as from the highly energized conservative right. From which we can draw two conclusions. One is that economic distress does not move Americans to support more government. Rasmussen reports that 66 percent of Americans favor smaller government with fewer services and only 22 percent favor more services and higher taxes. The second is that Barack Obama's persuasive powers are surprisingly weak. His advocacy seems to have moved Americans in the opposite of the intended direction. Obama first came to national attention in 2004 by promising to heal partisan, ideological and racial divisions. Like the other two Democratic presidents elected in the last 40 years .....

POPSThe Rich Rule Over The Poor The rich rule over the poor, And the borrower is the slave of the lender. (Proverbs 22:7 ESV) And so it goes. King George and his band of bandits got us into this mess with conservatives cheering him along every step of the way while he created a mountain of new federal debt, the largest contributors to which were Bush's tax breaks for the rich. Their hero of the hour shamelessly exploited 9/11, fear and the "war on terror" as a pretext to take the ax to civil liberties and to shroud their policies and actions in secrecy. So don't cry me a river now and cloak it with a biblical quote. You are the ones who wanted to mythify Bush as a great leader--pull your crap out on someone else who is idiotic enough to believe in it, but don't pretend you can cash in to God's love by supporting benefits that go to the wealthiest of Americans and contradict the message of Jesus of serving the poor. It's disgusting and so are you.

POPSHiding the significance of Houston electing an openly gay Mayor The truth is this: Houston's mayoral seat was held by a Democrat before, and a Republican didn't even have a snowball's chance of winning it this time around ... All the cities of Texas voted for John Kerry in 2004 and Barack Obama in 2008. It's not that Texas isn't dominated by conservatives on a statewide level. It absolutely is. But narratives about the conservative monolith are not only unfair, but they have the potential to create long-term damage, too. If the liberal presence in Texas is ignored and written off, it won't get the support and the hope it needs to keep plugging. And right now, as the state's demographics start to move more towards urbanity and racial diversity, liberals need all the support they can get to seize the moment and turn the traditionally red state blue . Demographic trend across the United States: Republicans only win in white-dominated rural and suburban areas. Read clip in full @ source

POPSSpeak Truth to Power: Sen. Bernie Sanders Remarks on Withdrawing Single Payer Amendment. watch video @ clip source. Why are we spending twice as much on health care as other countries, with worse outcomes? Because the emphasis is on protecting private insurance companies Fifteen times more Americans die of preventable diseases than were murdered in the horrific 9/11 attack and that takes place every year: a manifestation of a collapsing system. Conservatives in other countries are outraged by the lies that are told by U.S. conservatives about the health care system in their countries We are producing legions and legions of insurance company bureaucrats: factor that into rising health care costs. The US Conference of Mayors supports Single Payer

POPSMy Top Ten List #11. Gays are not full of drama, and shame on the gays that perpetuate that myth--they should know better. Here are some things about me which are NOT myths: 1. I can be friends with straight women--yay! In fact some of my best friends are straight females. 2. I am in therapy for coming out issues and to see what I want to do with the rest of my life--she's really good if anyone wants her name and number :) 3. I have a girlfriend and I love her. 4. I have more than one cat. 5. I have a dog too! 6. I grew up very, very, poor, but I have money now-- money doesn't make you happy--but it does pay the bills :) 7. My best asset is my kindness--and I guess you could say it is my worst fault too sometimes. Any other clippers wanna chip in with their best attributes or ya know worst faults? :D

POPSObama's Safe Schools Czar Tied to Lewd Readings for 7th Grade What took Fox so long to report this? I've been reading about this guy for over a week! Someone wants to comfort sexually confused children (mostly thanks to the current culture they are growing up in), fine...do it. Just leave the rest of the innocents alone whose hardest thing they're dealing with is remembering to bring in their homework. The very WORST is that this man has such oversight. Parents...guard your children.

POPSRugged individualism is always going to be a direct threat to sissy collectivism “sissy collectivism” The best description of modern liberalism I’ve heard. Bravo. Of course, you can always count on left-liberals to respond to criticism of any sort with vituperation. That’s required by their vision of themselves as intellectually and morally superior to benighted conservatives. But all things must pass, especially an inaccurate assessment of a peron's own intellect and character. YAY! liberalism YAY!!!!! Now, if only Bill Maher was here to counter this, life would be splendid. And please folks, leave your comments - they are welcome as always. No one is banned from commenting on what I post, unless you're spamming me with male enhancement products. I'm all set in that area.

POPSFeds Get Huge Pay Hikes While Taxpayers are Loosing Jobs
Okay folks it is time for some straight talk. We the people need to take back our country from the thieves and robber barons occupying capital hill. We can not longer sit back and allow this outrageous behavior to continue. We need to get to the polls and vote out all the incumbents and replace them with FISCAL conservatives and strict constitutional candidates. This country was made great by adhering to the founding principles outlined in the Constitution which safeguards the rights of the citizenry, and restricts the powers of the federal government. Today as we watch the daily newscasts we are being assalted by an out of control federal government with an insatiable appetite for more and more of our hard earned money which they squander on useless pork barrel projects designed to buy votes and nothing else. IN addition they continually vote themselves hefty pay increases and benefit packages and then give us the bill. It is high time congress gets a pay cut!

POPSObama declares war on Christmas and Hanukkah! Rep. Henry Brown, R-S.C., wasn't about to take this lying down. "I believe that sending a Christmas card without referencing a holiday and its purpose limits the Christmas celebration in favor of a more 'politically correct' holiday," Brown told Fox News Radio. So he's fighting back -- he's introduced a resolution "expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that the symbols and traditions of Christmas should be protected for use by those who celebrate Christmas." Under the resolution -- which, even if passed, would be without any legal force whatsoever -- the House would also "strongly disapprov of attempts to ban references to Christmas."

A doctoral candidate at Boston University School of Theology, he has studied in evangelical schools in Zambia and the United Kingdom. ... POPSGay marriage's inevitability in doubt To make the case for gay marriage, protests are counterproductive, persuasion is what’s necessary. Proposition 8 won because we, and I say "we" because I am part of the gay community, failed to make the case why gay marriage is good for society. The gay community needs NEW LEADERS for Christ's sake. We don't need useless morons like Perez Hilton and Adam Lambert opening up their mouths and spewing stupid nonsense. You don't make progress by screaming and yelling at the other side. We should see a housecleaning at gay organizations and the selection of new leaders who refuse to demonize social conservatives, but seek to persuade them instead. Angry protests from the lot of vicious queens is useless. And until they wake up and understand this, forget about it.

POPSBlack In The Age Of Obama Over the decades, conservatives and Republicans have forged and fueled fears of blacks coming after your teenage daughters, your wife, your stereo, your tax money, your job, your kid's college admissions, and the music your kids listen to. It's out in the forefront again with the offensive images on Google. Any so called justification for that hatred such as one clipper posed here on CM is nothing but a smoke screen for the malevolence that lives in his heart.
