They paid $430,000 for the unit and took out a $336,000 mortgage. He'd like for The Related Group to buy them out.

POPS"Sonia Sotomayer & Associates" Now it appears from a NYT story that between 1983 and 1986, on behalf of some friends or friends of friends, Sotomayor wrote a few wills, incorporated a few businesses, or helped skim the closing documents for a few condo sales under the exaggerated firm name of "Sotomayor & Associates" while she was really a full-time employee of the Manhattan D.A.'s office or another law firm. I agree with my blogospheric friend and fellow lawyer Andrew McCarthy that it doesn't take a sophisticated legal analysis for anyone, lawyer or layman, to recognize that claiming to be "Sotomayor & Associates" " when you really don't have any associates " is stupid and misleading. POPSThe East Coast Condo Bible I just found the mother load of east coast condo living, quite by accident, at that! Every year my hubby and I make the journey to our favorite condo destination for two weeks of nothing but GLORY. We go to our condo in Perdido Key, Gulf Shores. We call it "Our Blue Heaven". White sand. Clean beaches. Good Neighbors. Lately, our vacation time has come later in the year during inclement weather. I was looking for an affordable place to take a holiday...and poof - I found the honey-pot of all condo living sites. This company has few places to rent that are near and dear to my heart like "ILoveFolly Beach.com" - what a find. It's like the east caost condo bible. Everything you always wanted to know about traveling to a southern beach vacation condo...and then some.

Would Obama be as bad or worse? Likely not. Just the lesser of two evils or what Ralph Nader calls the "evil of two lessers." No choice to settle for in his judgment. Especially when both candidates support global militarism, backing Israel and the Christian Right against Iran, unilaterally attacking Pakistan, staying in Iraq for the duration, upping the ante in Afghanistan, and risking a dangerous Eurasian confrontation with Russia. Both conventions are over. It's Obama v. McCain, and expect the winner to disappoint like always and on what voters say matter most - ending aggressive wars and addressing long-neglected social needs, made all the worse given capitalism's global crisis and both parties' commitment to privilege. They need the money to pay their past due taxes on their beach condo in CA. For four years they didn't pay their taxes. And we are supposed to trust this guy with nation's economy? If he didn't have the means that would be one thing. But owning seven homes and his wife is rich--come on! This guy is a phony.
