POPSFair Sentencing Act Equalizing Crack and Powder Cocaine Crack users were being sentenced to more prison time for quantities that did not trigger the same sentence if the person arrested had powder cocaine. A hearing is scheduled today on the bill. Short answer don't do coke in any form but at least if this bill passes a lower economic crack user will get similar treatment under as a user of more expensive powder.

Sanchez offered two versions of how they came into contact with the marijuana; at one point he said that his wife took the marijuana out of his police vehicle while he was sleeping. In a subsequent interview, he admitted he got the marijuana out of the car himself and put it in the brownie mix, police said.

Who corrupt society and its institutions? How we calling those who perform the corruption and their accomplices?
