As the U.S. and former Soviet Union spent trillions of dollars on their militaries, their commitment to mutually assured destruction led to extensive experimentation with the use of weather as a weapon. In 1977, the Saturday Review cited a CIA report hinting that the U.S. government already had the power to massively manipulate the weather for war purposes. As the Soviet Union disintegrated, a 1993 Isvestia article suggested the U.S. might want to partner with the Russians in peddling their top-secret technology to the world. Oleg Klugin, a high-ranking KGB officer, bragged of his involvement in geophysical weapons research to a London newspaper. The grid patterns of jet chemtrails now spotted throughout the Western world are likely the application of these technologies to new military and civilian uses.

POPSDon’t Talk About The Weather This was really interesting documentary about the chemtrail phenomenon. (It's in 27 parts (!!!), so if the playlist doesn't run on it's own, go to the source) The German Army has admitted to conducting experiments, dispersing material into the atmosphere, so I don't think it's all pure "conspiracy theory". Now WHY they would do that, is another question. Some say it's for HAARP weapons systems, some say it's for weather modification, due to global warming. POPSContrails or Chemtrails? Looks just like my sky on the west coast. Contrails (Chemtrails?) are the only cloud I see here now - so we really need them. No cloud - no life. And how is your sky?

POPSChemTrails? Has Anyone Seen These? Please report your experiences. I am curious to know. I have pretty much dismissed the stories and the 2 hour talk show guests going on about how they've tested the "drippings"from these things and the overflowing emergency rooms after the sky is filled. I just don't know, but I would sure give it notice if anyone comments right here that they have seen what is - WITHOUT DOUBT - something that cannot be confused with normal jet contrails.
