Camarillo and others prepared fake divorce decrees, tax returns, birth certificates and Social Security numbers cards. The documents helped fool immigration officials, who didn't necessarily verify that they were legitimate, Bleil said. The scam began to unravel after an informant told U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement about Camarillo in July 2004. When Olga Hernandez and her husband went to the Citizenship and Immigration Services office in 2005 for an interview, the couple were placed in separate rooms. Discrepancies surfaced during questioning, and eventually Hernandez broke. She told officers she'd just been just trying to help a friend and withdrew the petition for a green card.

but they have joined the right’s sycophants and willingly do the bidding of the LOBBY FIRMS in order to receive the dirty money (more like blood money) these cut-throats will give them (to turn a blind eye) in the form of campaign contributions. A shell game of sorts, where the suckers, in many instances, have no idea of what is going on and how it negatively affects their well-being. It's a sad game that cannot be won by anyone who falls into a category called LOW-INCOME. The banks and credit card companies’ makeup all the rules and they are always in their favor. NO ONE, can get out of the traps they set, while they siphon off any earnings said suckers have given their blood, sweat and tears to acquire. POPSObama declares war on Christmas and Hanukkah! Rep. Henry Brown, R-S.C., wasn't about to take this lying down. "I believe that sending a Christmas card without referencing a holiday and its purpose limits the Christmas celebration in favor of a more 'politically correct' holiday," Brown told Fox News Radio. So he's fighting back -- he's introduced a resolution "expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that the symbols and traditions of Christmas should be protected for use by those who celebrate Christmas." Under the resolution -- which, even if passed, would be without any legal force whatsoever -- the House would also "strongly disapprov of attempts to ban references to Christmas."

POPSYou're Not Going To Believe This One. Just when you think the Banks can’t possibly do more to hurt us... They come out with a lalapalooza... They are now going to charge their credit card customers for... hold on to your proverbial hats... INACTIVITY! I heard this on CNN this morning and I couldn't believe it. Bank of America, yup the ones who received $25 billion from the government's $700 billion financial rescue fund, including $10 billion that would have gone to Merrill had it not been acquired by good old Bank of America. Now, instead of just gouging those who are in debt and over a barrel they are targeting people who have enough income and only use credit cards, as a convenience. The question is, are these financially better off consumers going to take it? Or Are they going to (like the rest of us) GET MAD AS HELL AND NOT GONNA TAKE IT NO MO? I hope they will be strong enough, in numbers, to put these greedy banks in their place… If not there is NO JUSTICE! HAPPY NEW YEAR! :mad:

POPSJudge Herman Thomas Indicted on Inmate Sex Charges, Lawyer Pulls Race Card "This is racism at its very finest." Let me get this straight. The former judge has been accused of some serious charges and the best his attorney could do was get in the mud and scream racism? The Alabama State Bar said its disciplinary commission suspended Thomas' law license Monday. One of the inmates, according to the newspaper, went before Thomas on multiple occasions and faced several felony charges. He was sent to prison for a short time, but Thomas ordered him released early, according to the Press-Register. He was sentenced in federal court and later released and has since been accused of murder and attempted murder. During Thomas' judgeship, he had a storage room furnished like an office near his eighth-floor chamber at Mobile's Government Plaza, the Press-Register said.
