POPSMore on why we all die today.......not ! Love this stuff. Amuses me that people actually worry about this stuff. Ever since the beginning of time there has always been a doomsday just ahead. Only benefit i can see if when we all wake up tomorrow we can give that sigh of relief....lol

POPSVideo Footage of the Muslim Child Brides of Gaza Hamas sponsored a mass wedding for four hundred and fifty couples. Most of the grooms were in their mid to late twenties; most of brides were under ten. Muslim dignitaries including Mahmud Zahar, a leader of Hamas, were on hand to congratulate the couples who took part in the carefully staged celebration. “We are saying to the world and to America that you cannot deny us joy and happiness,” Zahar told the grooms. The pre-pubescent girls, dressed in white gowns and adorned with garish make-up, received bridal bouquets. “We are presenting this wedding as a gift to our people who stood firm in the face of the siege and the war,” local Hamas strongman Ibrahim Salaf said in a speech. The wedding video tells the rest of the sordid tale. But let us be disgusted with Christianity and grandma who drives to the Baptist church on Sunday mornings because that only makes sense when Muslims are marrying girls aged 10 and under...... Sick.

POPSWhy We Fight U.S. Troops Die For Rapists Afghan Senator Humaira Namati calls the rape bill "worse than during the Taliban" and said it was rammed through parliament without debate. "Anyone who spoke out was accused of being against Islam," she said. Several hundred women protesting the law on the streets of Kabul were viciously assaulted by men as police stood back and watched. Remember this column the next time you watch a flag-draped coffin returning from Afghanistan. The young man inside that box didn't die for nothing. He died to protect rapists.

POPSWriters really spoof it up. but wouldn't it cool if this was true? Hundreds of independent writers, artists, and activists are claiming credit for an elaborate project, 6 months in the making, in which 1.2 million copies of a "special edition" of the New York Times were distributed in cities across the U.S. by thousands of volunteers. The papers, dated July 4th of next year, were headlined with long-awaited news: "IRAQ WAR ENDS". The edition, which bears the same look and feel as the real deal, includes stories describing what the future could hold: national health care, the abolition of corporate lobbying, a maximum wage for CEOs, etc. There was also a spoof site, at http://www.nytimes-se.com/.
