POPSLibs Scold Black Conservatives: saying “Who the “H” Do You Think You Are?” Life is about choices. Liberals do a great disservice to minorities by constantly attempting to convince them they are eternal victims unable to achieve without liberal intervention. It has been said, “If you love someone, set them free”. --Lloyd Marcus (black) Unhyphenated American, Singer/Songwriter, Entertainer, Author, Artist & Tea Party Patriot ______________________________ Hey liberals, there are many BLACK conservatives, just as there are many GAY conservatives. In a world consisting of "tolerance," as defined by Webster, "liberal," the "literal" sense would be the norm, instead of the exact opposite There is nothing generous or tolerant about crushing, intimidating and silencing views other than your own Hand out free boots on your own time, and don't scold me for putting them on wrong. And the request for that boot tax you want on those "free boots" has been declined.

POPSThe Siren Call Of Tyranny Why was that? "The totalitarian phenomenon," Revel observed years ago, "is not to be understood without making an allowance for the thesis that some important part of every society consists of people who actively want tyranny: either to exercise it themselves or—much more mysteriously—to submit to it." It was a temptation that proved to be remarkably resilient. Following the collapse of the Soviet Union, the once fellow-traveling European left had no choice but to admit that the god to which it had long rendered faithful service had been an illusion, and incurably dysfunctional to boot. Yet that grudging concession, as Revel observed, did little to chasten the former groupies of totalitar ianism. On the contrary, it served as a springboard for a fresh assault on liberal-democratic principles.

POPSThe Oligarchy and Their Minions
Chauvinistic nationalism is a real problem here in the US and will not go away any time soon. The media preaches it day and night as does the administration. The recruiters preach it to the young ones who can't find jobs. There is just too much of the population willing to cut your head off rather than listen to socialist ideas, too many willing to solve problems with the butt of a gun or the heel of a boot. Too many Ramboes! So, don't dismiss civil war because, yes, it can happen here. Every freedom we lose, no matter how small, brings us one day closer to a face-off between the haves and the have-nots, between those who have property and those who don't.Every wall we build like those in Vietnam,Mexico and now Gaza shows us how to build them here on our own soil. The country was established to protect the propertied. The Bill of Rights was voted down unanimously(Massachusetts abstained). It finally was squeaked into the first ten amendments by the power of the people. So,the people wer

POPSIan Walker: Why I hate pedestrians More: And recently…it's got worse. As I'm driving up the street I constantly come across pedestrians walking across my part of the road to get from one of these pavements to another. I mean, what the hell...? They've been given vast tracts of pedestrian-only routes, where I'm certainly not allowed to drive, but apparently this isn't enough for them . Oh no, they want to keep encroaching into my space as well. Sure, we've all heard these walking zealots who say that it's because the 'pavements' don't form a joined-up network, meaning they can't walk to where they want to go without having to step onto the road from time to time. Aw, bless their little hearts. To pedestrians I say this: get off my part of the road. If you walk there when I'm coming along then I'll happily run you down , that's all.

POPSTea Party Movement's New Target :The GOP
They feel they were had by former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay (R-Texas), who urged them to stomach earmarks for the good of the party; by George W. Bush adviser Karl Rove, who urged them to stomach a massive expansion of education and Medicare for the good of the party; and by the rest of the Washington gang that collaborated in the largest expansion of government in their lifetime for the good of the party. Erick Erickson, founder and editor of the conservative RedState blog, said grass-roots activists are done listening. “Republicans are going to have to come our way,” he said, before going on to trash NRCC Chairman Pete Sessions and Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Steele for backing Scozzafava. Their “level of disingenuousness ... is disgusting,” Erickson said. His influential blog is now calling for Sessions to get the boot from the NRCC as a penalty for mishandling the race. Erickson’s bombast may seem overboard, but it captures the dep

POPSLife in Color: Orange A balance of playful yellow and passionate red, orange commands attention without overwhelming. This often flamboyant color brings to mind citrus and sunsets, fall leaves, and jack-o'-lanterns. Orange has even been found to stimulate appetite and creativity in humans.

POPSWTF? Grandmother Jenny Chapman snores louder than a low flying jet Around 75 per cent of the UK population are believed to be snorers with the condition most prevalent in middle-aged men. POPSCheering Over Obama's Failure and the Censorious Head-Shaking Over The Cheering Nearly one year ago, on a clear November night, people from every corner of the world gathered in the city of Chicago or in front of their televisions to watch the results of the U.S. Presidential election. Their interest wasn't about me as an individual. Can't you just see the eyes rolling? Somehow he's President of the whole world. And he's bigger than himself as an individual. Rather, it was rooted in the belief that America's experiment in democracy still speaks to a set of universal aspirations and ideals.... Actually, it's kind of cool to hear him reciting the ideology of "American exceptionalism" he's usually accused of not believing in. But isn't this exactly the wrong place to do it? Is he about Chicago or America or the whole world or does he somehow think it all becomes one... in him?

POPSThe little guy at the NEA gets the boot... while the power structure continues to pursue propaganda union. Notice the same with ACORN. The powerful always toss the little guy out or blame "bad employees" for voter fraud while the systemic abuse and fraud is perpetuated from the top.

POPSGet Out of Jail Free: Monopoly's Hidden Maps more (at source): Of all the tools in a military-grade escape kit, the most critical item was the map. But paper maps proved too fragile and cumbersome, said Debbie Hall, a cataloguer in the map room at the Bodleian Library at the University of Oxford in Oxford, England. For hundreds of years, even before World War II, silk was the material of choice for military maps, Hall said, because it wouldn't tear or dissolve in water as easily as paper and was light enough to stuff into a boot or cigarette packet. Unlike maps printed on paper, silk maps also wouldn't rustle and attract the attention of enemy guards, she said.

POPSInstead Watch My Top Picks Ok, I'm not a lesbian, but I'm not exactly heterosexual either. So watch my top picks in this particular genre because I'm right half the time :D 1. Fried Green Tomatoes Unfortunately the movie version has been "sanitized" to attract the heterosexual audience. Even though it fills my emotional cache I still wish they would have had the guts to lift it above that level, but I'm a sucker for the southern accent. 2. Aimee and Jaguar This movie is huge in it's structure and huge in it's emotion. AND it's based on a true story. It's great love in times that make love seem impossible. 3. Loving Annabelle. OK, so it's a sexy, cheesy, student/teacher, kinda disturbing love affair with Simone stuck in a loveless affair with a man (of course). I'd watch it again just for the music though. 4. But I'm a Cheerleader. This boot camp is so absurd that it's funny. And the moral of this review is that I cannot come up with 5 good lesbian movies. What a shame.

POPSAfter President Obama's Speech On 09/09/09 After viewing President Obama's speech last night. I went to my computer to click on the video I did after Obama was elected. I wanted to feel the pride I had felt on election night once again. I am so proud of this president. He is eloquent, intelligent, graceful and STREETWISE to boot. He is human, so mistakes will be made but he is not afraid to admit his faults and I believe we are truly a lucky nation to have such a man as our leader. POPSTime Chrystallized Howard Schatz, courtesy of Sony World Photography Awards 2009 Some images are so expressive that time seems to stand still, and nowhere is this more so than in the work of virtuoso fine art photographer Howard Schatz. Schatz’s photography fabulously captures the elegance of the human form, and his Motion Study series gives the grace with which the body can move a uniquely mesmerizing dimension. Moments in time are protracted and preserved – crystallized alongside one another in captivating fragments. The effects are spellbinding, as we appreciate the finely tuned abilities of athletes performing at their peak. Above, energy is coiled and then released in an amazing spiral-patterned image of a golfer’s swing.

POPSkidnap victim worked at suspect's business I myself don't like the tone the media taking unless i myself am taking it wrong. Seems like they are trying to say this girl could of escaped anytime she wanted to. They forget one thing. she was 11 when kidnapped. grew up rest of years brainwashed and bonded with by the scumbags. Mind control from age 11 is easily obtained probably using boot camp tactics at first. I remember parris island where after a few weeks i would give the world for just a kind word from my drill instructor. So imagine how much more would be on an 11 year old girl.

POPSMedia Bailouts Begin in Earnest Quietly, last month. I missed this one. Have there been others since? Likely to be more journalistic outlets indebted to the Democrats who keep them afloat. Why not pay the press for their favorable propaganda?

POPSA Shocked Woman's Home Was Auctioned To the Highest Bidder
"I have never seen anything like it," Taylor said. "They literally threw all her stuff on the front lawn. I didn't sleep that night and it wasn't even my house." Ramirez and her family had three hours to get out of the house, police ordered. They had to stash their belongings at multiple locations and shacked up with a friend for the night as cops chained the doors of their home. With Taylor's help, Ramirez appeared before a judge two days later to explain what happened. "I had all my stuff scattered everywhere," she said. "They did this in front all my neighbors. It was so embarassing." A mistake in the Miami-Dade Clerk's Office appears to be behind the mishap, which landed Ramirez homeless for more than 24 hours. The sale was eventually reversed by a Miami-Dade judge, allowing Ramirez to return to her old digs. Ramirez said she wants to sue for the damage to her furniture. Ramirez has lived in the house for three years and recently refinanced the home with the bank.
