POPSBankruptcies low in states that don't seize wages Sounds like with the wage garnishment that those states still live in the mindset of that old song.... "16 tons and what do I get, another day olde and deeper in debt...I owe my soul to the company store." Why would someone even bother working if all their work gets extracted from them. Seems the other states have a partial better solution, but it still seems that more could be done to help those in need instead of completely crushing them.
