POPSDem senator admits KSM trial a farce Even if he is acquitted he won't be released? How does that reflect well on our judicial system if he outcome is already decided? How does that make us better than they are? If they don't plan on releasing him if he is acquitted, why bother with a trial in the first place? This is nothing more than a dog and pony show.

"The GDR had more good sides than bad sides. There were some problems, but life was good there," say 49 percent of those polled. Eight percent of eastern Germans flatly oppose all criticism of their former home and agree with the statement: "The GDR had, for the most part, good sides. Life there was happier and better than in reunified Germany today." Something in the water perhaps?

Take A Walk, Again: The day after the race, walk for 30 to 60 minutes, even if you don’t feel like doing so. It’ll help you recover faster as you get the blood pumping again. Walk And Jog Every Other Day: Two days after the race, try some light jogging for 30 to 60 seconds for every two to three minutes of walking. The total time for these sessions can be as little as 15 minutes, but 30 minutes is better. Alternate your walk and walk/job days (steps 4 and 5) for the next week or two.
