The actress went on to bash the GOP on MSNBC Thursday because it had “crystallized into the white power movement” as well as Fox News, which she said has captured the “Klan demo .” Yep all networks other than FOX are completely unbiased. As long as the Obama admin keeps pretending that is the case, all will be well in the Obama fantasy land of unicorns and rainbows. She should really be on every political TV show all day every day. It's almost as though things can't really be expressed thoroughly without including her. Jenna Bush as a new NBC "reporter" on The Today Show -- at a time when every media outlet is firing and laying off real reporters -- is a very nice addition though.

POPSShould the US quit the UN? I would not agree that they have no legitimacy. Certainly there are some useful functions and some honest people employed there despite the corruption,politics and abuse. And I have seen some who bash the UN at times have no problem in quoting UN stats or reports that suit that positions.

You know, I’m pretty sure in earlier an time, the Associated Bush-bash would have stuck in a phrase along the lines of ”deeply unpopular economic policies” in the second or third graph, rather than tucking that vague polling data reference way down the bottom, and then just using it to suggest cynical Republican political maneuvering. Never mind. I know Nobel laureate Paul Krugman is demanding more national debt. I have a different idea. Forget a second stimulus. If they haven’t managed to even start paying out the first one. How about a Re-Thinkulus. Since it turns out that subsidizing government hacks instead of cutting them, and pouring money into agenda-pushing wishful thinking projects isn’t doing it, it’s a great opportunity to start doing what they should have done in the first place. . . . .

POPS Obama Tells American Businesses to Drop Dead If Microsoft, perhaps our most competitive company, has to abandon the U.S. in order to continue to thrive, who exactly is going to stay? At issue is Obama’s policy to end the deferral of multinational taxation. The U.S. now has about the highest combined corporate tax rate, second only to Japan among industrialized countries. That rate is so high that U.S. firms have an enormous disadvantage versus competitors. The average corporate tax rate for the major developed countries in the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development in 2008 was about 27 percent, more than 10 percentage points lower than the U.S. rate. So the question is, why does Obama advocate a policy that so flies in the face of everything that economists have learned? I have to admit I am at a loss. Maybe it is good politics to bash American corporations, and Obama isn’t really serious about making this change happen.

POPSObama Administration regrest boycott of UN Racism meeting Well it is good to see that there is a line that Obama will not cross. It is okay to visit nations that bash Israel as a matter of national policy but we will draw the line with attending a UN MEETING which holds basically the same values.
