In effect, from the day of receipt until the day the money is spent, it is in control of the Obama campaign, totally without interest. And, if it is refunded, it is without interest.

The thing they don't realize is that the true power is in enabling everyone to aggregate and filter the news and information for each other. It's not something that the major media companies need to do for us...we're doing it already! But then again, we all know that already don't we ;)
