POPSA Free Utility that Really Does Speed Up Firefox
I tested it out on my personal laptop and it worked like a charm. After running SpeedyFox my version, of Firefox definitely loads quicker. However I was unable to assess whether there was any improvement in dealing with browsing history or with cookies - I'm not even sure how I would go about measuring that. But the improvement in loading speed alone more than justifies the use of the product. I should say that my version of Firefox was an excellent candidate for improvement as my profile was very old. Users with newer profiles are unlikely to see the same sort of improvement I experienced. Usage of SpeedyFox couldn't be simpler. The program doesn't require installing so all you need do is download and run the executable. You will then see the following screen. Unless you are using the portable version of Firefox you will normally just accept the default setting for your profile. Then click the " Speed Up My Firefox" button and you're done.

POPSBetterPrivacy 1.29 - get rid of those flash cookies!! Ever wondered why you are still tracked though you tried everything to prevent it? Google now uses flash cookies that don't even get recognised by most cookie filters and don't expire until 2038. Supposedly Microsoft are to be using something similar with Bing as do Yahoo. On my 1st use of it it removed 127 flash cookies that didn't show up when I use other "cookie cleaners" While you cannot always ensure your privacy, by using the right tools you certainly improve your odds.

POPS Attack code posted for unpatched Firefox 3.5 flaw July 14th, 2009 Mozilla’s security response team is scrambling to respond to the release of exploit code A zero day exploit (Firefox 3.5 Heap Spray Vulnerability) affecting Mozilla’s latest Firefox release has been published in the wild. Through an error in the processing of JavaScript code in ‘font tags’ malicious attackers could achieve arbitrary code execution and install malware on the affected hosts. There’s no indication of its use on a global scale just yet, however due to the fact that the PoC is now public, it shouldn’t take long before cybercriminals embed it within the diverse exploits set of their web malware exploitation kits, allowing it to scale.

POPSHelp please clipmark update Since updating the clip button in firefox, I don't get the option to have the orange lines to clip pictures. Is anyone else having trouble with this update? or is it a confliction with another addon?

POPSFireFox Addon I don't usually clip this sort of article but I just installed this on FireFox and it's so good that I just had to share it. No, I have no interest in this addon except as a satisfied user and thought I'd pass it along to anyolne else who's been bothered by text and layouts that are just hard to read.

POPS Googles Chrome Extensions Coming Soon! So what’s next in the evolution of Chrome and Extensions? Considering the latest Chromium build has Greasemonkey implementation, the infrastructure points listed above are no doubt being fine tuned as we speak. After that is polished, i’d say the next big step forwards will be Chrome users sporting a shiny new Google Toolbar.

POPSClipmarks now available for Firefox 3 Just wanted to make sure everyone knows that we released a new version of clipmarks (version 3.5) that supports the just-released Firefox3. We made some real nice improvements to the orange lines so they should more accurately outline elements on the page to clip. If you don't have the latest version of clipmarks installed, you can get it here https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1407. There's a review section on that page, so if you have anything nice to say, don't hesitate :) FYI...we're getting loads of new clippers today, so if you get a chance, check out the newest clips section and welcome some new users with some pops and comments.

POPSDocstoc: Clipmarks for Documents! I thought my title was better than their own description, "Youtube for documents". Their's is hype, mine is more accurate. This suggests also that Clipmarks programming could be applied to various fields in like manner, for various applications. I would like to see Clipmarks expand their capabilities like this so we could post or embed actual legal (legislative) briefs that could be scrolled right from a blog, making reading and reporting online a great deal easier, and pdf in particular easier to reference in a blog post. (A Firefox addon for pdf files to view as html also exists). (Just let me share if this idea becomes profitable!)
