 | This time of year it’s common to wish people a "happy and healthy" new year. So in the spirit of the season, we're devoting this issue of Clipweek to 10 clips from 2006 that provide insight into having a happier and healthier life.

So what does it all mean? Well, it seems that a perfect day would go something like this: First, pour yourself a cup of coffee with a splash of whiskey. Then put on some beautiful background music and head over to a comfortable reclining chair to enjoy a glass of red wine and a quick power nap. When you wake, grab a glass of water (eyeing that Coke in the fridge? Forget it). Then do your best to cross #9 off your list by the end of the evening and be sure to smile about what a wonderful day it has been :)
