Maybe it's time to require every immigrant to swear on the Qur'an - or whatever book they recognize as holy - that those who blow up innocent people (what is generally recognized as terrorism) are not martyrs. If they can't say that this is a despicable act which God will judge as evil, they are not safe to have in a civilized society.
